She actually listened to what i was saying re pain in my upper back and shoulder and instead of talking for my entire session as was my experience in past and over $3000 later ... she prescribed hands on therapy and now i feel great! Landon is a great Physio and spends the right amount of time talking and demonstrating physiotherapy.

After reading high reviews I booked for my partner to have his knee and shoulder looked at. Overall the experience was just fine. Receptionist complained and didn't want to take cash payment at 3.30 in the afternoon as she had already shut the till down- they are open until 5. Tried to pressure into paying by card. For the price it was a little disappointing and won't be returning

the physios are good, but they dont bulk bill with a Care plan.

Turned up for my follow up appointment to be told by the receptionist that I had cancelled my appt and therfore they gave my appt to someone else. I at no time cancelled my appt. Unfortunately I was provided .no consideration due to their inefficiencies.
