Our entry inspection, was so thorough on their behalf, I was very impressed. So many accurate photos. Usually in past rentals, the photos have been clearly years old.

As we are still renting with them, I guess I'll post an update after we move out, for that side of things.

But seeing how thorough and true their entry report was(along with mine), and with us being honest renters, I don't foresee any problems.

If I owned a home, I would put my trust in Define, in particular Alice, as she upholds a high standard and ethic. Marie should get a mention too as she has also been very helpful.

Alice is a great Rental agent. She goes above and beyond of what I expected of her and is very professional, friendly and extremely thorough. Alice is quick to inform me of any issues arising regarding my property. What makes Alice special is that she not only looks after the property, she also cares about the tenant. Having Alice is a win for me as the landlord as well as a win for my tenant.

Define took over the property management of my rental property I lived in, and I had no issues with them.
When the owner decided to sell through Define, Define worked with me to hold viewings of the property at agreed times.
When the property was sold and the new owner wanted to move in, Define gave me a written reference of support for anyone contemplating renting to me.
I only have good things to say, and the agent's name was Leisa Parson-Young. A very classy lady yet down to earth.
