Alan provided market info at our initial meet and greet to assist with price setting and was open in his communication of the property's potential. He also provided helpful tips on presentation and did a couple of showings prior to listing to prospective purchasers in his client base.

Our purchase was very complicated with a lot of moving parts partly due to the nature of the sale and our physical location interstate and during all of it there was Craig & Lucy for support and assistance when we needed it.

Nothing was too hard an ask or over the top to ensure we had nothing but a smooth transition into our new home.
