Sunshine Coast Hearing

I recently lost a hearing aid & my insurance company gave me a choice of two audiologists from which to choose in order to replace my aid, Sunshine Coast Hearing being one.
My recent experience with this business has been a pleasure. From the welcoming environment , the testing process and the personal, , respectful , listening approach , Edan was both very professional & caring.
Being able to trial aids before purchase is such a bonus. Thank you Edan( & Matt) & I look forward to continuing to work with you in caring for my hearing needs .

My hearing journey with Matt and his team has been five stars and more. I first visited Matt for his second opinion service and from this day haven’t looked back. My hearing was improved with a fitting that was extremely comfortable, with amazing sound, without the pressure of a hard-sell, and a generous trial period. Matt’s aftercare service is outstanding because he really takes the time to listen to your hearing needs and goes all out to ensure you end up with your best hearing self without breaking your budget.

I went to see Matt after visiting a number of other professionals on the coast because I had developed Tinnitus and my hearing was deteriorating.
I have suffered with tinnitus (ringing in my ears) for 5 years and the folks at Sunshine Coast Hearing were absolutely first class. They fitted me with hearing aids (Signia) and they absolutely help reduce my Tinnitus, at times to a point where I don't notice it. This is just life changing especially when the others just said I had to live with it and thats life. OBVIOUSLY NOT.
Matt and Edan are friendly, extremely helpful and will spend time so you leave feeling listened to, I am very happy with their service.

I went to Matt at Sunshine Coast Hearing after dealing with one of the big franchise firms for several years whose service was disappointing. Matt certainly lived up to the reviews I had read and his professionalism, low key approach and attention to detail was excellent. I have "in the canal" aids and the mould Matt took resulted in the best fit I have ever had. There was no pressure to choose a particular brand and he took the time to go through all the options. I could not recommend this business highly enough.

This is the first review I have ever written but the experience was so good I feel compelled to write this.

Nine months ago I lost much of my hearing after firing a rifle. I tried several cheap hearing devices but they didn’t help. My pensioner friends who received free aides told me they still couldn’t hear. I resigned myself to the fact that there was no hope.

I decided to take one last shot and went to see Matt at Sunshine Coast Hearing and I am so glad I did. After extensive tests he was optimistic that he could help me. He recommended a pair of aides in the mid price range. Some were nearly twice the price but he said they were no better and not really worth the extra money. I tried them for a week and was thrilled with the result. I no longer shy away from social situations and can hear speech even with loud background noise. It has changed my life.

Matt is great to deal with. He applies no pressure and is friendly,honest,caring,and professional. Good hearing aides are not cheap but to me they are worth every cent considering the change they have made to my life. I highly recommend Sunshine Coast Hearing. I’ll give you 6 stars Matt!

Over the last number of weeks Matt has diligently and patiently guided me through the process of firstly accepting the need for a hearing aid and then, through the trial and testing of different devices, choosing the right set up for me.

We have been pleasantly surprised that there is still such a thing as friendly and helpful genuine customer service which we found that Matt Cowley and his staff are. Matt answered the questions my husband had in regards to the results of his hearing test and advised what the best solution for him would be in regards to the products they can recommend and one can purchase ,have fitted and adjusted if needed, also being very convenient for customers, as everything from hearing test to the fitting of a discreet hearing aid and any future adjustments/maintenance of products is all done on the same premises.

Great down to earth service from Matt at Sunshine Coast Hearing. I had seen two other audiologists on coast, and walked away with a solution (2 Signia NX5 hearing devices and related equipment) and peace of mind that correct devices supplied and that I was comfortable with solution suggested and not coerced into any particular brand of device. Great service and follow up since returning from overseas. Matt has a great knowledge of all products and in my case how they interact with mobile app and audio device integration with TV and sound system.
