Fish was great; the chips were okay. It is a fish and chip shop, not a restaurant. Will return, Hope the chips get better.

Best gluten free fish and chips. They have a separate GF prep and cooking space which is awesome.
Shop space needs a little spruce up but fine to wait for your order.

Lovely customer service and very understanding with others needs. Their gluten free range is out standing and their burgers are always fresh and fabulous. Their food is never oily and is always made to taste outstanding. The best fish and chip shop in town!

I really love my fish and chips and I’ve gotta say it can’t get any better then the Mediterranean fish and burger bar. The staff are very friendly and kind. And the food is amazing. Never had a bad experience and I’ve eaten most things on the menu. Thanks for your hard work and beautiful food.

The burgers are where it's at, great chip portions with the best quality oil, you can really taste the difference.
Fish + seafood is legit (tasty scallops) and the staff and friendly, local and loyal.
Biggest and best burgers in town, can't stress that enough. Thanks guys!

Would give more stars if I could! Great selection of gluten free food. Other fishos should take note. And great quality. Best takeaway anywhere.

Attention TimTam Mazzoni & Gary Tate in reply to your complaint we are so sorry to hear of your experience at the shop. It is not our intention too make people feel unwelcome. Unfortunately, i Janette (Manager/Owner) rely on staff when I am not there. The lady that had a cold had been tested for covid as well as my other staff. Customers are my number one priority, as you may know when preparing food orders our staff do wear disposable gloves. Hygiene is #1 priority here.
In these current times staff is very hard to come by, some have customer service skills as others don't. This person has had a speaking to.
Please if you are in the area again, please come in and see Janette.

Your complaint was a chicken burger that was under cooked.
I'm really sorry it wasn't cooked enough for you,also you said you were given a partial refund which isn't true you were given a full refund.
Thanks for bringing back what was left of the burger .It was pointed out to you at the time it couldn't have been too bad because there was only 1 bite left.

Great food and friendly service , I did have a problem with one meal which the management was more than happy to fix . will be my only fish and chip shop from now on . lots of new deals and a variety of meals being added also . Very happy customer :)
