BIG W Castletown

Nothing wrong with this shopping centre what so ever. Everything you need then some. I do try to avoid it though. Only being when I get back to my car from shopping will it be there. Bit of a hot spot

Bryce at the front and Bree at the checkout. What a fabulous team. Wouldn't give up on looking for my size xmas shirt and then when I got to check out Bree doctored my rewards card so I'd never loose it again. 😉 TOP CLASS Customer service . Well done boys! And thankyou.

Our regular. People actually shop there. Shops are full. Team members working are lovely. The parents room is lovely and clean.

Castletown is my favourite shopping centre. Big W always has everything I need.

I got everything and more I was looking for at the best price couldn't be happier and there's more places to eat and shop including a Coles . and big w is good for fathers day cards and Christmas is just around the corner and you can't beat range and prices of all gift ideas 😀. And great priced bedding. Doonas are cheap at the moment. And plenty of backpacks at great prices

Easy to get around and has everything you need.

Centrally located... heaps of department and specialty stores..... lunch at "The Carvery" .... always fresh as... meals unreal

I visited this big w store last week. I was pleasantly surprised to be greeted by such a lovely smile from a girl named Ruby. She helped me out in finding everything I wanted. I went in only looking for some soap and came out with my lay-buys all sorted for Christmas thanks to Ruby. Will be back for sure

Great service, super friendly and knowledgeable staff who were able to not only direct me to what I needed but also the accessories I needed. I ended up purchasing a Ninteno Switch OLED (great advice from the two guys in the tech service counter), some games to suit and a nice carry case for my trip back to Tasmania.
Excellent service, equally excellent value and a brilliant range of accessories.
Lastly, being a 59yo, first gamming console experience and my not wanting too extreme a gaming device, the recommendation of the Switch OLD was perfect.

A store that still retains customer service check outs.. winner...

Courtney and the ladies on the tills on Monday 09/05 were amazing. I had to make quite a difficult purchase for a business (sorry again! 😂) and the ladies were all super helpful, patient and went above and beyond.

Nice and clean. Friendly staff and usually have a good amount of items in stock. Recommend to anyone looking for a bargain.

Big W is a great all rounder for virtually anything you could want.
New layout is fresh and well considered.
