Ultra Tune South Brisbane

Great car service I've received. Kevin was flexible for me to drop off and pickup the car as I have to travel south soon. He took time to explain what has been done and what can/should be checked again in next service. He spent some time to help fixing up the loose back panel (problem not related to the service) without charging for his time. The price is reasonable and I feel I can trust Kevin's professional opinion about the car.
I will definitely bring my car here for service again and highly recommend UltraTune South Brisbane.

These guys are the only mechanics I have ever really trusted.
I have taken my car to be serviced with them a few times and have received some of the best car servicing and customer service that I have ever received. Both times I've handed my car off to Kevin explaining the circumstances that I will be treating my car (eg. Everything from leaving it in a garage and not driving for 2 years, to driving long distances). When I have got it back both over the phone and in person he explained to me exactly what they had done to my car; down to which light bulb was changed. They also commodated for the conditions I mentioned and was using/keeping my car in and he made me aware of things that could potentionally be issues later. He just gave me the condition of my car for the purpose of me being aware of it and not for upselling.
Huge thanks to the whole team! I will recommend anyone needing a mechanic to go to you! ☺

No matter where you are in Brisbane, if you need a mechanic this is the place to reach out to. Kevin was super professional and explained all the exact issues with my car very clearly as well as providing solutions. I had recently had my car serviced in an outback town but it was such a terrible job that Kevin picked up on several things that were missed that I needed to keep an eye on.
He knows his trade exceptionally well and provides a speedy reliable service.

I was in a tough spot with an aging car that I was stranded with in West End. Despite being extremely busy and suggesting that they might not be able to look at it for a couple of days, they made time on the day that I dropped it off unannounced. They assessed the problem and gave me an honest and fair quote which allowed me to make a timely decision on whether to fix or replace my car. I ultimately decided to scrap it rather than waste money on the repairs, but they were so kind and helpful without even charging for their time. They even helped me get the old car prepped for the tow truck and stored it inside their shop overnight. In my opinion, trust and honesty is the hardest quality to find in a mechanic and I am certain that they will treat you right at Ultra Tune in West End.

We went for a weekend trip with my new car and it broke down in the middle of the city. We managed to get to the mechanic with barley any oil left in my car and he fixed it without hesitation. He was super helpful and understanding since we came in without an appointment. Within no time he had us back rolling on the road and our girls trip was saved. Thanks again for the help!

Quick response for bookings. First time went to get cylinders replaced which was cheap and second time battery replaced which was also very cheap. They offered to come out too which i thought was mint. They definitely go above and beyond with their service. Always very knowledgeable and helpful too with any concerns and questions i had. Can say they are now my trusted local mechanic.

Great service! Really friendly guys. They fixed my number plate on the spot and with no charge. Would highly recommend.

Kevin was excellent. Not salesy at all and as a result he will get future sales from me. Just the front two tyres needed and no wheel alignment required. Most places would push you get the whole lot done in one go even if its not required. He gave me the choice of a budget option as well as a mid range option on the tyres. Will probably try them out for my next service. Recommended.
