Really nice guy and great to have a chat about all things high end road bikes. Really knows his stuff (which is great for a bike nerd like me) and willing to help me out as much as he could on my broken hotel bike today. Will definitely be back when next in the market for a new road bike.

Sent an email about a MTB repair quote (movers insurance issue). Quick polite response letting me know unfortunately they couldn't help with my model, but directed me to bike shop that could.

Bob is a fantastic guy and one of the best cycle mechanics around. The shop is in an awesome easy access location and reminiscent of an Italian town house. Note though his focus is on sport bikes.
