Our flight was delayed by 2 hours and Sarriah was very accommodating, it was really nice to see a happy face after a long day of travelling and delayed flights!

I loved the food and friendly service. Great experience will gladly go there again and loveee the chicken parmigiana with Caesar salad amazinggggg

The coffee tasted good but they didn't have a small size, only regular which was $6.50. I had a much longer wait than most people because they lost my order from their system which was weird and forgivable but feel that they should remember my order since there were only 4 customers and I was just standing there. They had a nice little area with big screen TV

Coffee is ok but I just experienced rudeness from a staff member at around 9.20 am where she asked a customer to go to the back of the queue. Had she been paying attention to the customers instead of chatting to the other staff member the rudeness would not have occurred. The issue was observed by others and just prior to that two people walked off due to lack of attention. POOR SERVICE.

The wait time for just a coffee at the near empty place was way too long. At least the coffee wasn't too bad.

Had a regular take away flat white for $4.6 and extra $1.4 for lactose free milk charge; everything on the menu with price except drink list, the price ruined my day

Girl that took our order was dismissive. Needs training in customer service. We got charged $17 for bacon & eggs & didn't receive the bacon. When questioning the waiter he too gave a short answer & was dismissive. He was not concerned about us being unsatisfied. Smoked ham omelette was sloppy & not good restaurant quality. It tasted & looked like something my 8yr old would make. There were black flakes from the frying on my plate. Not good at all. Mug that my tea was served in has stains. I would recommend people NOT to eat here. Customer service is non-existent & food quality is not good for the prices charged.

Coffee is mediocre at best however this is to be expected at an airport. To this company toast means waving the bread at the toaster and serving it...

Wish I saw 2.4 rating before ordering. Staff (Lauraine at counter; young girl with glasses) and the young waiter boy are very rude, with no manners. Not suitable for customer service, Especially not in a overpriced place. Scrambled eggs was excellent, but the eggs Benedict was terrible and hard to eat. Avoid if possible.

Over priced coffees and tasteless food. Staff is visually unimpressed and sarcastic to some of the slow moving customers. The coffees are extremely hot to carry and they don't even offer any form of carrying trays even if you've ordered 3+ coffees. Save your money and stop at the proper food court near the entry for far more better and versatile options.

Rude , arrogant staff ! $10.60 for poor quality mixed berries smoothie in a tall coffee cup size(with no lid provided!!!)It's ridiculous that they charge customers ridiculously high for the foods and drinks, while the staffs are poorly trained ( not even have a basic hospitality manner), the quality of foods and drinks here is also as terrible. I wish I could post the picture of the smoothie here. It's just terrible.

Absolutely dreadful
Coffe was luke warm took 40minutes for our food to come out. The food must have been sitting for some time as the poashed eggs were cold and like hard boiled eggs.
The Eggs Benedict were the same cold and hard . Not enjoyable at all. As we had a flight to catch we ate and left. But we will go to The Botanist next time. Not Corrette.

Don’t eat here, it’s a waste of your time and money!
Service is appalling and food took over 40 minutes to come out and was cold soggy toast and I couldn’t swallow the over cooked parts without chocking. Gave it a one star but really it is far lower.
Manager was rude and lied saying it was being plated up so we stayed and missed seeing our son off for his flight and where late for ours... they need to learn you can’t lie about timeframes when your servicing an airport
