Staff member, Jasmin was very helpful and friendly. It was a great experience and there were 15 of us adults enjoying three rounds of different types of scenarios. You are never to old to enjoy laser tag. Make sure you have a go!

Had a fantastic time at kingpin today with karaoke and laser tag! Sam was the absolute best and made us feel so welcome and took great care of us today. Absolutely will be back, thanks to the team (especially Sam) for a great afternoon out!

A great place to host parties specially for kids. Sam, Sophia and Ella were superb hosts indulging kids with 3 hours of fun activities while parents could sit back and chillax.

Took the team in for a fun team bonding day. The food - share platters were excellent. Drinks were great. We did the bowling and had excellent service from all staff. Think we'll try karaoke next!

Good times. Liz our Host was great. Easy to talk to and got us going super quick. Beer brought to the lane so, super convenient.

I had my son's 8th birthday party at Chermside Kingpin. It was wonderful The hosts were Sophie, Eliza &Sienna and they were so great. (Super kind to kids and us) We were quite pleased👍

We came with a few friends and it was an amazing experience. We had a lot of fun.
Yass was really nice with us, he was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

We were planning a park party for our son's 6th birthday, and at very short notice we needed to find a venue due to rain. With only two days notice we had everything arranged at Kingpin which was a great relief. Venue was fantastic, and the party package was good value with all of the activities and food included. Great credit to Lilla and Lily for hosting our party and keeping a small army of 5-6 year olds entertained and under control. Highly recommended :)

Came for a birthday party... Very nice location, spread out and not too crowded... Food and drinks were decent.
A big kudos to Sophia who took care of all of us (the kids) very well and in a very professional manner.

Sage looked after us tonight at my friends birthday she’s an amazing host and very attentive to our needs super fast with the drinks and service. Highly recommended and definitely would ask for her next time we’re here.

My son had his 9th Birthday party here and had a ball, as did his friends. Lily the party host was super friendly and helpful and I knew the boys were in good hands. Lily ensured everyone had a great time.

Sam and Priya were the excellent hosts of our son's 12 birthday party at the Kingpin Chermside. It was a fantastic and worry free party experience. They looked after all aspects of the great party - organisation, food, and entertainment; and kids loved and enjoyed every moment there.

Thanks for giving my daughter a memorable birthday party! I highly recommend kingpin for a party and we will be back for sure! Our hosts Sophia and Karzha were amazing and made sure every detail was covered.

The party was so much fun for the kids and so easy for the adults. The host, Lainey, was great and left very little responsibility for the parents. All the little extras you get with the Gold party just made the day more memorable. Five stars!

My eight year old held his birthday party today. Michaela was the party host. Michaela was ever so sweet and keen to make the party special for my son. She did a great job as did other members of the King Pin team. The team were also accomodating around a change in schedule half way through the party when I noticed the kids needed a break and lunch before heading down to the games arcade. Nothing was a problem for the King Pin team. Thanks guys.

Would definitely love to do another party at Kingpin (Chermside). It was well planned party with a great host, Emma. My friends and I had a great time ( we had 2 games of bowling and 3 missions of laser tag). The food was fantastic. They also catered to allergies that some of us had. all in all, it was a very enjoyable place to have a party would definitely recommend.

came for a 21st. Had the best time. The staff were super helpfu and really friendly. We had a few drinks which were super delicious and ate some yummy food too. 10/10 recomed

Awesome kids birthday party venue!

We were thrilled and impressed with Imogen, who was the party host for our sons birthday party. Imogen was very professional and organised as she coordinated the events and timing of the party - organising a group of wild 6 year old boys looked easy! We nightly commend her performance and efforts.

Kingpin run a great party - the quality of the facilities are top notch and with bowling, arcade, pool tables, and a bar area they have everything you need for the kids to have fun, and the parents to relax. Sam met us at the door and explained how things would work, that was super helpful to us and a big relief to know that it was all under control. He was great, and looped back at the end to ensure it all went OK.

A few other points of note - in the lead up to the event Kingpin contacted us to provide key details. It’s great value for money. Other parents commented on how well Imogen and Kingpin did - that speaks volumes.

Well done and thanks to Imogen and the Kingpin team. We can’t remember a recent time where we received better service and a more pleasing outcome than we did today at Kingpin for our sons birthday party.
