O'Reilly's Canungra Valley Vineyards

We visited with some friends. We ordered two pizzas, five glasses of wine set and a bottle of white wine. It was a public holiday and the place was coming so many people, but it was amazing that we received our order in only 15 minutes. And then the food was delicious and the wine was so good. The staff were very friendly and the toilets were very clean. It's so nice to have a wedding in such a beautiful place! If anyone is looking for a venue, I highly recommend it. It was very relaxing and refreshing to be in the nature. We had a lovely day. Thank you so much. We will definitely visit again soon.

We did alpaca feeding and walking, bought pizza, wine and ice cream.
I really enjoyed today because alpaca was so cute and foods, drinks were great. Especially, “Lona sparkling Blush” wine was so special.

Joseph and Tamil at Oreilly's Vineyards made our wedding day an unforgettable experience. The venue was nothing short of amazing, offering both beauty and elegance. Their team was incredibly accommodating, professional with dealing with unforseen circumstances, bringing our ideas and plans to life with ease. The food was a culinary delight, many of our guests complimented on how delicious it was.

They were always available, just a phone call away during our planning stage, ensuring everything went smoothly. The attention to detail and the personalized service we received was exemplary. We are already looking forward to coming back for future celebrations. Oreilly's Vineyards is truly a venue that delivers on all fronts for a perfect wedding day. Highly recommended!

Myself and my husband were married at O’Reilly’s Vineyard on 22/04/2023, not even a week ago. We could not wait any longer to write a review because we need everyone to know how incredible our experience was here.

From our very first interaction, O’Reilly’s Vineyard have been nothing but accommodating, approachable and flexible. I would highly recommend O’Reilly’s as a wedding venue, event location or a place to attend for a beautiful day with family and friends.

Tamil and Joseph in particular have bent over backwards to assist and support the planning, set up and pack down of our wedding. Our wedding included 128 guests and no request was too big or too small for the O’Reilly’s team.

We wanted to extend our heartfelt thanks and gratitude to both Joseph and Tamil, as well as every single staff member who spent their day/night assisting in our special day. Our guests are still raving about how detail-oriented, attentive and efficient every staff member was. The service was prompt and delivered with a smile. The food was DELICIOUS with generous portions (a huge thank you to the chef and cooking staff). We had a lot of guests with dietary requirements and this was no issue at all, every guest received delicious food that they could eat and enjoy.

If you are looking for a wedding venue…look no further! Service with a smile, incredible wines, delicious food, accommodating staff and a gorgeous view….. what more could you want?!

We fell in love with O'Reilly's Vineyard so much the first time we visited for lunch, sharing a wine tasting paddle and pizza - that we decided to get married there!

When we enquired, Tamil their manager was super helpful and O’Reilly’s really do look after you. So much of what we needed for our big day was included and there were several options, whether it be a ceremony by the creek or vineyard, the reception in their large wine cellar or the white marquee, and all of the misc extras like chairs, tables, speaker & mic, and arbor were included. It just made for such a streamlined event, having to only plan for the extras like flowers, live music and feature cars, but they gave us a supplier’s list for local companies which started us on that journey.

Our ceremony down by the creek at 4pm was perfect, we had the venue to ourselves by that point, which was followed by drinks and antipasto on their back deck, while we did the bridal party photos around the scenic property at dusk. We enjoyed a reception in their marquee overlooking the front vineyards which had a timber floor, fairy lights and they allowed us to have an open fire just outside for ambience and to create an additional space to come outside for a chat and fresh air.

The food they had on offer was incredible. The beef cheeks! Along with beautiful salmon and duck had everyone smiling and they brought out several specific meals for our vegetarian friends. We opted for a dessert buffet which was hit and they were able to bring everything out at the times that suited our lineup of speeches. Plenty of bar and wait staff which really helped to keep everyone happy.

And the Wine! Yes, that was one of the highlights, we of course tasted them all before locking in our 6 options, plus we were able to choose several beers and add a bar tab for spirits.
All in all, Tamil and his team made the wedding planning as straight forward as we could have hoped, and we couldn’t have been happier with how our evening panned out. The wedding and venue was just perfect for us.

I have visited twice before, and today we attended for the mothers day event. The location is beautiful - the creek, the alpacas and the vineyard. Today, there was live music (jazz style) and it was a good fit for the event. We preordered the picnic basket for 2 adults - with $90 not cheap, but lots of food for 2 people of good quality. I was late with my order (after the cut off) and phoned in, and they were accommodating which was great. We will be back again, and I am keen to stay at the accommodation they provide in future.

We did a tour and this was our lunch stop. It was the perfect spot to enjoy lunch and some lovely wine out on the balcony. A short walk around the creek and property after lunch was a great way to relax and unwind. The pizza was excellent as was the picnic bubbles. A great stop if you're in the area

We had the pleasure of visiting a couple of weeks ago for a late lunch. It had been a difficult day and we almost didn't go... but we're glad we did! If I had to describe the wait staff in one word it would be a 'treasure'! Each were genuinely friendly, courteous, helpful, patient, professional and accommodating. There was a function finishing up as we arrived and it remained clearly busier than usual. Couple that with trying weather, and having to work around renovations and extensive repairs due to recent storm damage, staff were working in less than ideal conditions, only adding to the testament of their character. I can only assume the kitchen staff were dealing with similar conditions and yet our food was served promptly, presented nicely and tasted delicious! The setting was a simple table and chairs on the front verandah with a lovely view overlooking the vineyard and a delightful, misty hillside backdrop. It was nice to unwind with a relaxing stroll around the well kept grounds - through the vineyards, along the creekside (spotting the resident turtle - I wonder if they've named him/her??) and over to see the alpacas. Then returning to share a generous slice of very yummy carrot cake where we also enjoyed perusing some of the historical photos in the hallway. As the business day came to a close and we were leaving, I witnessed the wait staff doubling as cleaners in the temporary amenities outside. I was amazed to see them still working tirelessly, with a smile and cheerful demeanour - even cleaning toilets! They are real gems and an asset to O'Reilly's. Thank you for helping make our day memorable for all the right reasons :) We look forward to visiting again.

Had my son’s tenth birthday here recently and Joseph and his team made it so easy and the set up was beautiful. They really went above and beyond. Everyone loved the food and the setting. Such a relaxing fun day. Kids had lots of space to play and then they spotted eels in the creek which they loved. Highly recommend holding a party at this place!

I came here with my friend and we stopped first at the alpaca farm right next to it and then went to purchase a tasting paddle at $25. It being a weekday we had the entire grass area pretty much to ourselves. We sat at a bench near the river and watched 10+ turtles make their way towards us, probably hoping for food. It was such a lovely afternoon of chatting and sipping on the tasting paddle. We were lucky to pick 5 wines of which we really enjoyed 4 of them. The lady that served us was friendly and you can purchase the wines you taste there. I couldn't take any as I was catching a flight with hand luggage which was a shame. I already told my partner and his sister and her partner that we have to come back here very soon. It was a lovely experience.

My now Husband and I are so pleased with our decesion to get married here. Right from the planing stage Tamil and Joseph were so comunicative and helpful, and then on the day the staff, food, drinks and venue were just perfect. They helped with everything and it was so smooth I just couldn't recommend them enough.

Joseph was wonderful, so helpful for wine and food selections. It was such a chilled environment, with the live music, nice wine, beautiful food, and watching the alpacas beside the river. Well worth the beautiful drive in.

This is a great place to spend a lazy day. We were treated to a Mother’s Day picnic so on our arrival a beautiful meal and bottle of champagne was provided. The grounds are well maintained and there is plenty of space to relax. Live music is offered on special days and a cellar door for tastings. The best part is the alpacas which you book for 1/2 hour time slots and you take them around the property. They offer picnics on the estate every weekend but you must buy their food. This is worth a visit if you are looking for something just a little different.

Just had the most wonderful experience and lunch and wine 🍷 could not recommend this winery highly enough the atmosphere was amazing and the staff were 10/10 its an amazing spot to stop and just chill and spend time with friends 😊

The team at Oreillys went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was nothing but perfect!! The venue had a bit of works going on due to the storms at the start of the year, however they ensured everything would run smoothly which it did.

A beautiful place with beautiful people
The tasting board is amazing, I highly recommend trying. Can’t beat the calming atmosphere here, with live music, nice flowing creek, animals like turtles and alpacas, and much more.

Good spot for a casual picnic theme lunch. Quality food served especially their beef, very tender and juicy. Staffs are friendly, free wine for tasting, and to buy if it meets your liking. Best of all they do have the alpaca section whereby you could opt to feed them or bring them for a walk. A perfect relaxing lunch time pairing with a good weather.

Great place for a family outing or picnic, especially for the kids with alpaca farm next door

A lovely experience and great for any kind of family. It is a reasonably small property so definitely book prior and go when there are likely to be less people so you have more space and do not have to fight for a table (or bring your own picnic blanket), we had an alpaca each which was hard to juggle taken photos and feeding so we would probably share one for a longer duration next time. Our two were rather stubborn but nevertheless still a hoot to take on a walk. Now the pizza.. I'm glad I didn't bother with the picnic basket because the pizza was so delicious, the quality I would expect from a highly rated Italian restaurant.
We were there on a Thursday and it was quiet until around 12.
At the moment there were no wine tasting opportunities due to Covid but hopefully we can experience that on our next visit.
