First time customer, new area, dealing with my dad, new resident in Buderim, who let all his pills & scripts run out ! Not his fault, we moved him from Estia mt Coolum nursing home with little assistance
Special mention to Ellie for being so helpful & Emphatic.
The gorgeous gal with perfect make up at front counter helped me choose the perfect gifts for my 10 year old granddaughter. All the staff are lovely. Thank you so much for helping me during this difficult transition

All the staff are wonderful and treat me with courtesy and friendliness. They know me by name and always greet me. Very helpful. Sometimes if it is busy, you may have a wait, but that's to be expected. One of the best 'chemists' I have interacted with.
