I’ve been coming here for 6 years and will never go elsewhere. The care and service is unmatched. Steve in particular is the best around, he genuinely cares, listens and wants to help. Very hard to find these days. And the ladies at the front are always wonderful, awesome team.

After moving to the area I was so thankful to have found Medicrew and in particular Dr Zoe Hutchins. She is an absolute gem. Dr Zoe is warm and friendly, calm, listens and never makes you feel rushed during your appointment. Can’t recommend her highly enough.

I have always had a good experience at Medicrew Buderim. Dr Shayne is ann excellent doctor and an asset to the business who makes you feel listened to.

The service I have received from Medicrew over the years is outstanding. The receptionists are always pleasant and helpful; Dr Todd is exceptional; and Abby (along with the other nurses) is very caring and professional. I have been a patient for Medicrew for quite a few years and they're approach to healthcare is second to none. I get consultations mostly from Steve Jones (NP) and Dr Todd Cruickshank and they are excellent and understanding in their approach to my health needs. For sure there are times when trying to make a booking is difficult. I challenge anybody to get an appointment anywhere else in the region any quicker. Unfortunately, that is the state of the health care system nationally, not the local clinic's fault. But in any case, the reception staff are friendly and courteous, the nurses professional and caring, and the medical and nursing practitioners, excellent!!

Medicrew Buderim is by far the best family medical centre on the coast. I have been to many practices on the coast and none had exceeded my expectations like Medicrew Buderim has. Not only are the employees respectful, kind and understanding, they are professional and genuinely care for their patients. Nurse Practitioner Steve Jones is honestly the best medical professional I have ever been treated by. He and his co workers go above and beyond for their patients. They make sure that their patients are comfortable and has never made me feel judged once. This is a great family medical practice and I’m so glad I’ve finally found a reliable medical practice that values their patients and their medical needs. My family and I will continue to be patients of Nurse Jones for as long as he practices medicine.

Dr Bill Smith and his excellent team have been exemplary in my diagnosis and care leading to my admission to hospital for stroke, as well as continuing care post discharge. I cannot write highly enough about the staff at the practice - all of them. They are caring, compassionate, professional and dedicated. If it were possible to give a 5+ star rating, I would. Simply a model of how a medical practice should be run, with ‘old school’ values yet modern outlook. Outstanding.

I've resided on the Sunshine Coast for almost 4 years now. In this time I've struggled to find a good GP. However on my visit to Medicrew Buderim my exceptions have been exceeded. Steve and Jo Jones need to be congratulated for their hard work in orgainising a great team of dedicated professionals across a range of medical sevices to cater for patients with a wide range of concerns, including emergencies. I cannot speak highly enough of thieir practice and have visited their centre regularly over the last few months. I have no hesitation in recommending this practice to anyone seeking exceptional and individualised medical care. You won't be disappointed!
