We really enjoyed the food and warm hospitality. Staffs were very helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the vibe entering the restaurant. Many pictures on the wall reflecting India.

We ordered Lemon Lime Bitter and it was great. Definitely 10/10.
Mix entrees for 3 was amazing. Perfect size, mouthwatering taste and very fresh ingredients. We enjoyed everything ( Samosa, Pakora and Lamb).

We ordered Dal Makhni and Butter Chicken Curry. Perfect serve, fresh ingredients and amazing Taste. Garlic and Cheese na amazing too.

We really enjoyed everything and service was quick. We will definitely be back during our next Mackay trip.

My partner hyped this place up to me for months so when I went there for for dinner I was expecting amazing food, and the food was amazing, the serving sizes could’ve been bigger but the food was beautiful.

We got the butter chicken, chicken biryani, onion bhaji and naan bread. 100% would recommend.

Last night i went here, and the people were lovely. The butter chicken (medium) was so tender and impeccable. It was my first time coming to Masala Indian Cuisine and i have no complaints. the service was quick and once we asked for our food literally 10 minutes later it was ready. This place is amazing and i’m definitely going back. i’ve read another review about this place and it wasn’t the best but i also think it was unfair.. it was my 1st time coming to this restaurant and i was blown away of how good the food, service, and the kindness was. Moral of the story is don’t let ONE review determine on how you feel about a restaurant. i don’t regret coming here at all.

Overall food experience at Masala Indian Cuisine was great. We ordered tandoori chicken, vegetable fried rice , chilly chicken and kheema naan which were all beyond our expectation. As per our request they even made masala tea which was not there in their menu. All the staffs were really friendly and served with a smile on face. Out of the dishes we ordered chilly chicken and tandoori chicken were our personal favourites.

Definitely one of THE best north-Indian style butter chicken dishes I’ve had in Mackay!! For something a little different, the chicken chettinad is also superb! Bhajis are a treat too. A little on the pricey side, but totally worth it!

Courteous, Friendly & Helpful staff made it a pleasure to be at Masala Indian Cuisine while hosting a function for my Online Global Business. The spacious air-conditioned Private Function room was a delight & very comfortable. The food was of high standards & good quality. I was extremely satisfied with the meal & was not wanting for more. The use of the room & technical equipment was of no charge, this is rare in Mackay. This is an enticing factor when choosing where to host an event. No room hire fee is something other businesses in Mackay should seriously consider.

Im from Sydney ...im visting and that was the most delicious indian ive ever tasted ...the butter chicken was rich and beautiful and the naan was beautifully presented ..coconut rice had so much flavor and literally glistened the palak paneer i had was mild like i asked ....usually when i ask specifically from other places im always dissapointed. ..thank you Masala ....money well spent

Now that was great. Prefer a stuffed type sweet naan, but that's just being picky. The chicken 65 was divine!

Our go to for dine in and takeaway meals. The Sheek kebab is our favourite dish. Always friendly staff and fast service in a pleasant atmosphere.
