Just entered the branch and spoke Jess and Louise. Every welcoming honest and helpful. We now be moving our business banking to them. Even made adjustments to our loan. Nice to have personalised service. Sorely lacking from the other bank.

I was pleasantly surprised by how ‘easy’ it was with the in house lending with commbank for my first mortgage after banking with them for over 5 years. Great customer service team at Kawana Branch.

I get tired of being told by the teller I could have completed the transaction at the ATM. I use a teller because I choose to interact with a real person instead of a machine. Please stop reminding me .

The worst banking experience of my life. In over fifty years of doing business in Australia I am surprised at the poor banking performance. This is not a bank it is a joke. I was asked to deposit $1000 into relatives account. Rude counter jockey would not allow this as I didn't bank at the Commonwealth.
Last time I go in there an would recommend other customers you find a real bank that makes your cash welcome!
