Harris Scarfe Chermside (Homewares, Manchester & Apparel)

Harris Scarfe is an interesting store. They offer a good range of cook wear and Manchester. For the mature customer, the range of underwear, nightwear, and fashion will meet most needs. The customer service, whether in person, online, or by phone, is exceptional.
I have found that the online arm of the business still needs refining. On more than one occasion, I have purchased goods online that have not been available.
I enjoy being surprised by some of the little treasures that I find from time to time, such as beautiful ceramics. It's definitely worth a visit.

I was helped by Miranda at the Chermside store who was absolutely devine. If you want to know anything about sheets, she’s your girl. Highly recommend!

Jack and Paola are incredible team members and assisted us so well when he had issues with our pots and pans that needed to be returned and replaced today.

Older store people are the best people for the job. They're respectful and easy to deal with. Smiles all the time.

I had just moved into a new house and needed to get all the usual kitchen gear. I had had Harris Scarf recommended to me, so I thought I would have a look. The store has plenty of staff, unlike the usual variety stores. Their products were set out in a logical order which made it easy to find what i needed. They also had a 40% percent discounts for those whom joined the Harris Scarf loyalties program. So I was able to buy quality products for much less than I would have paid elsewhere. So I highly recommend you go for a look at Harris Scarf in the Chermside complex.

Located in at Westfield's Chermside this store has electrical, bedding, kitchen ware, footwear and lots of other great quality good at very affordable prices.

Ordered some stuff online that arrive so badly packed that a number of items were broken. I called the Chermside Harris Scarfe to ask what I could do, and couldn't have received a more helpful staff member when Paola answered! When I came into the store a couple of days later to exchange the damaged items, Paola remembered my call and had clearly briefed the store manager, Scott. They were both so amazing and so, so helpful even though it wasn't their fault that another store can't pack things properly.

Thanks again Paola & Scott - easily the best customer service I've received in a very long time. I won't bother online any more and just come straight to you in the future!

My wife and I bought a dinner set while it had 4 missing items with one cracked plate. Sadly, the receipt was in my pocket when my wife put my cloths in the laundry. On Christmas day we opened the box and found the issue. And we were so upset that our lovely dinner set that she loved it so much had 5 items missing. Thanks to LOVELY STAFF AT HARRIS SCARFE for recovering our receipt and replaced missing items. We really appreciated it and loved your customer service.

Never been in here before so went in on an adventure with no expectations. And pleased I did. Sells stuff you need at a price you'd be happy to pay. Was a bit like a step back in time to a department store like they used to be.

Yes happy to shop here for bamboo socks with paper packaging , although you still have those little nylon thingys holding them together... AoK

The staff in this store are amazing. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Love the range of goods this store has. A wonderful place to shop.

Finally found what I wanted after scouring 8 shops! The lady in the bath mats and towels section was so helpful and even went out back to see if my colour was there. I am so grateful to her.
