Wow. Should there be a Comp Authority investigating the big chains pricing. $62 today in this store for 30 pack XXXX Gold. Highest I have ever seen it. Higher Govt taxes not coming in yet? Went to Star Liquor 2 mins up the road and purchase 2 packs for $100. Pays to consider the independent chains!

I went shopping at coles approximately 4pm on the 19/03/23. Thought I'd buy a bottle of vodka, I walked in your store i heard someone say hello i looked around to reply but could only see the two attendants with their backs to me stocking a shelf, I turned back to the vodka shelf then a very large lady in your uniform asked me if she could help I said no thank you, she then asked me to put my bags down at the front door, The lady treated me as if I was there to steal from your business I have no idea why she decided this as I am sure hundreds of people come in every day with their shopping in hand. I have never stolen anything from a store as I myself have been self employed and run my own businesses for approximately 20 years. As I was only popping in for the convenience and did not approve of my treatment I left.

This is my local Coles I shop there a couple times a week, your bottle shop is in a convient position. As your employee treated me as if I was going to shoplift I will not use your business again.

Went into the store to purchase a carton of beer.
When I was told the price I enquired as to why it is $7 dearer than the parent store only 5km away and was told by salesperson Hayley that if I didn't like the price in smaller stores I should buy elsewhere. 🤔
