Good couple of nights here. Food is decent, aside from the calamari we had for lunch (pretty average). All other meals were fantastic, good options, nice people, good brews. Karaoke night is lit, and the family atmosphere for lunches during the weekend daytime is excellent. Highly recommend!

We visited on a Friday night, so it was very busy and the bar wasn't doing cocktails, but we were still able to nab a seat in one of the beautiful rooms. There is also seating outdoors and in a newer room off the kitchen.

Solid food, happy with the veggie options. Great chips, maybe pass on the fried cauliflower.

Had a great time and will absolutely be coming back next time we're through.

My family and I came here on Easter Sunday, place was crowded (as you’d expect on a public holiday) and the food was delicious! We especially loved the BBQ pork ribs, it was slow cooked to perfection and super tender 😋 Wagyu Rump was great too. Needless to say we finished everything on the table hehe.
The place itself has been around for hundreds of years and has a cosy homely feel to it. Indoor seating is limited but there’s plenty of outdoor seating with the bonus of a live band! Speed of service was pretty fast considering the number of customers, you can see how hectic the kitchen is yet everything moved along smoothly - shoutout to the kitchen staff for being awesome! I think the only thing they can improve on is the lack of non-dairy alternatives for coffee.
All in all, amazing food and views at reasonable prices 😍 I would definitely visit again the next time I come to Kangaroo Valley 💯

The food here was really good and fast service. I had a chicken schitti and mash and veg and my friend had beef narchos. The staff are great and they carry a wide selection of craft beer. I also like the pub because it has character and is not modern and 'posh'. It is an old school pub with a really nice vibe.

Visited on a Thursday night for dinner around 8pm, plenty of tables available and food came out quickly. Service was very friendly and the decor is warm and inviting. The food itself was wonderful - the beef nachos were absolutely perfect and the special of the day, an Indian style lamb soup was exquisite love in a bowl.

Lovely atmosphere recommend sitting outside to enjoy the view. We had the mushroom and Halloumi burger (mushroom portion was small) and the Portugese chicken burger (which seemed to use a plain schnitzel?) Food wasn't bad, but we didn't quite receive what we anticipated.

Great country pub, busy on a public holiday but enough space to cater the masses with both indoor and outdoor dining. Extensive menu with great options for all with additional specials.
Ordered the ribs from the special and didn’t disappoint, although very busy didn’t wait longer than 30mins for food. Good to see a venue running seamlessly.
The winner is the outdoor playground and barrel rolling which the kids loved, parents more so as they were entertained whilst we had an extra drink.

Beautiful pub to have a beer, and even to have lunch or dinner. Amazing environment, it is so beautiful and the people working there and also consuming are locals.

Amazing pub, unsurprisingly popular with the locals! Gets very busy at peak times of the weekend with people from far and wide, so it's worth booking. Huge outdoor areas, perfect for kids & also did friendly.
Comes with plenty of character and the staff are very friendly.
The menu is full of pub classics & the food is delicious. What's not to like!!

Huge carpark, amenities are good, bistro is well maintained and serviced by friendly staff. On a sunny day the shaded spots are scarce so that's a down point but still worth the five starts. Happy to stop here again visiting the kangaroo valley or far south cost.

What a great pub to visit if you are in the Valley.

Lovely place with friendly staff, excellent food & great views. Big win for our group was plenty of shade and a gated children's play area right next to our table outside. Highly recommend.

Great large meals. Food was the best. Great live entertainment outside in the huge beer garden with wonderful views. Plenty of space with great service. Best calamari I've ever had. Value for money.

Really nice pub, great food i had the basic steak (in photo) which was cooked amazingly. Friends had the special which was a Vegemite rub/crust on the steak and they loved it. Chips... nailed it. And even the side salad was better han some of the basics you get in a pub meal. Great range of beers on Tap and really nice staff.

Had a quick stop here for lunch. The food was excellent! Exceeded our expectations. Service could have been a little more attentive (bringing over cutlery for example). But I definitely recommend this place.

Absolutely lovely place. Great food, drinks, employees, and they are dog friendly. We sat out the back and could have our four-legged boys with us.
