Valley’s Curry House

Food of this restaurant is amazing. It was prepared in a different way, which I cannot explain but very yum food.
I love spicy food. The food here was not spicy but still we loved and enjoyed the food. We enjoyed food here so much that we ordered take away for dinner that was a really very good decision.
I am not a big fan of naan. Since we did not have option of whole meal roti here , I ordered garlic naan. It was amazing. I will go to this place as many times as many times I go to Kangaroo Valley.

Valley's Curry House is a huge highlight of my trip to Kangaroo Valley. The food is one of my all time top 10 - so good that I went back twice. Highly recommend the succulent lamb saag, though the korma was also a delight. The garlic bread is perfection and the samosa are wondrous - great ingredients, tasty and not oily at all. Beautiful papadums and nourishing fluffy rice. They are open early for dinner, even mid-week at 5pm, which is a huge bonus if you head out early for sightseeing and want to end a long day of hiking with a highly rewarding meal. They were also open past 10pm for revelling golfers. The service is impeccable - welcoming and attentive without being intrusive. There is a large deck where you can dine outdoors, and the restaurant is expansive, accomodating a mix of small and large tables for varying groups of family and friends. An added bonus was a little, gorgeous grey cat that sat patiently but expectantly ouside. There is plenty of free street parking outside, even on busy evenings. This restaurant is a true gem. I look forward to visiting again.

Generous portions. Great variety and flavour. Quick service. Good location. Decor a little dated. Fully recommend and would come again.

Honestly, this was the best curry I've had in Australia. Admittedly that's a low bar, but still, we really enjoyed both the goat and the lamb curry.

If you're in the area, do yourself a favor and stop for a curry.

An excellent experience - Service, very well arranged for us as booking was done over the phone and nothing was too difficult -- and food quality way above our expectations. We ordered 4 dishes , they all tasted very differently despite they were all curry. Really nicely cooked , with very friendly service, we felt very real axed and enjoyed ourselves. This lunch at Curry House made our stop in Kangaroo Valley quite special and memorable. We can recommend thus place to anyone. Thankyou for service.

Had a lovely fulfilling meal here. Heart warming food and service, all very wholesome all around. We had a veg korma and it was bloody amazing, would definitely have it again. The naan was great and a nice big portion. The people that worked there were super lovely. The terrace was nice to eat on at night.

Hidden gem for us, regular visitors of Kangaroo Valley, great flavour, fair prices and great location. Totally recommend this place for a good Indian feast.

Had dinner here while my stay at KV for 3 nights. Was so impressed. The food was packed with flavour and it was so fresh. Warm service and friendly. Lovely outside seating. Highly recommended. Dined in and next day also got takeaway. Very lovely food.

Beautiful Indian cuisine and a nice atmosphere. The verandah has stunning views out towards the escarpment and there is a friendly cat from across the road that pops by to greet visitors. Friendly service

Our family stayed for 4 nights in Kangaroo Valley from Sydney and we loved this restaurant so much, we went back again for dinner. Lovely chicken biryani and the curries were delicious - I'm actually getting hungry just thinking about the food I ate there. Friendly service, clean kitchen and open early so perfect for kids. On par with Nilgiri's in Sydney for flavour. Yum!

Absolutely delicious, authentic Indian dishes. Friendly service with all manner of Indian curries on the menu.
Also it looks like they've changed their name to Mango Tree, so perhaps new owners? I was surprised but the low rating because our meal was delicious.

Had one of the best food ever in outskirts of Sydney.
Definitely recommended to visit there wherever you are craving for Indian food and passing by the south coast.

Fantastic meals. I was super impressed with the flavours of our dishes. Although the place could do with some atmosphere, but for curry this good I go again.

Best I’ve ever had.
Much better than anything I’ve had in Sydney, makes me want to come back this way again just to eat it again.
Highly recommend the vegetable masala as it has a delicious smokey taste, the garlic naan was the crispiest, and the chicken korma was gentle and creamy.

This is by far the best place for dinner in the entire valley. We've spent a number of weekends in KV, and this weekend we tried all venues. Whilst there's few places, all very good to eat, this is next level. From Sydney, we've had many, many indian curries, but every part of this meal was exceptional. Highly recommended!
