Recently I was looking around for a Property Manager in the Sunshine Coast area to manage my investments, and after chatting to a couple of agencies I came away somewhat disappointed in their communication skills, behaviour and fee structure.

Someone put me in touch with Jamie Billerwell at Code Property Group and after speaking to Jamie for 1 minute I knew this was going to be a positive and pleasant conversation.

Jamie is real professional.... she is very easy to talk to, she is very cherry and positive and clearly explained everything to me over the phone (and also via email). She was very quick to respond to my questions, and when it came time to discuss the fee structure, they had 3 options that I could from that offered different levels of service.

When I transferred my properties to Code to manage, I was assigned Samantha Murdoch as my property Manager and she has been brilliant.

If you are looking for Property Manager in the Sunshine Coast area, I highly recommend Code Property Group, they are professional, provide great communication, very efficient with paper work, their inspection reports are thorough with plenty of pics, and they had a better fee structure compared to the other agencies that I contacted (and moved from).

I recently had the lovely Eliza Gregory assist my partner and I find a new property to rent for the next 12 months. She contacted us and asked what meant a lot to us, which I thought was fantastic as often as the tenant in this market you feel like you take what you can, however she made sure we were looked after right through out. Our experience with Code Property Group so far has been great! We initially called them at random to ask about the property market, in which we were directed to the 'available soon' option on their website. This was a game changer for us as we were looking in advance and we found a property that hadn't come up in our searches previously. We noticed no other companies had this option on their websites which was interesting.

We connected with Eliza who was so lovely, understanding and prompt at answering the phone, returning calls and responding to emails during the initial inspection period. From here, we connected with Sarah, our property manager who has done an amazing job so far in getting some initial repair jobs completed timely that we noticed when we moved in.
