Zambezee

I bought a Paula Ryan dress for the opening night at the Sydney Film Festival more than 10 years ago. It has stayed a firm favourite. I finally needed to replace it and was chuffed to find almost the same black dress at Zambezee and on sale at half price. Arrived the next day to Sydney too. Thank you!

I live in SA and ordered a jacket which I had seen here in another store but not in my size. Ordered it online late Sunday night, with fingers crossed that it be here for the following weekend. It arrived on Tuesday afternoon! Less than 2 days after I ordered it. And I love it! Thank you for such prompt service, I’ll be back!

What a treat it is to enjoy getting dressed every day in the Mela range that I recently bought from Zambezee. Everything fits perfectly, is of beautiful quality and better still - easy to maintain. The team were so helpful and accommodating it made the experience memorable. I will definitely be back time and again.

I can not begin to tell you how much I LOVE this store! Being based in Melbourne I have to order online and their service is exceptional. I love their selection and are really helpful with any size issues, returns or queries I have. Always prompt and friendly I cannot recommend enough.

Amazing Service!

Gorgeous fabric, Great labels but really annoyed with the overall service experience. I bough a shirt online and was not happy with the product I received. The shirt ended up being much bigger than expected and the look was completely different from what was shown in the picture.

I went to the store with the item I bought online and I took with me a shirt (from the same label and material) I bough the previous year in the same store to check they had the same cut. I love this brand, I wanted a similar shirt from the new collection. To my surprise, I was questioned by the store staff person. She insisted that the item I had purchased wasn't from their store and that they had never stocked it. This was quite baffling to me, as I had first discovered this brand in their shop in Mooloolaba and had never bought it anywhere else ever... After some discussion, I was eventually offered a credit that is valid for 12 months. However, the manner in which it was presented to me felt more like a favor from the shop rather than a proper resolution to my issue. This snobbish attitude and lack of service left a bad taste in my mouth.

Overall, I must say that while the fabric and labels were impressive, the subpar service experience I encountered significantly detracted from my satisfaction with this retailer. Frankly, if you want to be in retail, be the customer's superhero! and give me the wants to buy more.

Brought $140 pair of Joseph Ribcof jeans, worn and washed 3 times, they have torn in the bum/ thigh area and they won't replace as has been longer than 6 mths!! So sad loved this brand, but never again!!!

The worst customer service I have come across for a long time. I ordered a dress (over $500) which did not fit and was also of poor quality for the price. It was not on sale. I returned it and also emailed on 10 Oct - then received an email saying I would get a credit note. I requested a refund by return email on 16 Oct. Got no reply - only that the email would be answered in 24 hours. Sent another email on 21 Oct - same response that it would be replied to in 24 hours. No reply. Just sent another one!! Lets see what happens? I cannot believe 3 emails have already been ignored - customers should be treated with some respect if they want them to return.

Absolutely horrible customer service, went in and immediately got told to go out and sign in (which we forgot to do) and the lady working there was rude about the situation. We signed in and walked inside again, looking at the clothes and the lady tells us she’s closing (rudely again) then she asks us what we were looking for. To which I replied that I came in when I saw the sale signs and again she snaps and says that the sales were on the other side of the store. Maybe she was having a rough day but that is no way to treat others, upsetting really especially considering that lady was older and should know better. Not coming back ever again unless they learn something called manners. Disgusting how stuck up people can be!!
