ANZ Branch Buderim

The staff at this bank are fantastic. They provide very personal and attentive service and go out of their way to assist which is very unusual in regards to service these days. Best ANZ branch in Australia!

Leroy the manager was fantastic when refinancing my mortgage to ANZ, very knowledgeable and professional, helped me through every step of the process, I got the advertised 4K cash back and a good rate👍🏼

Have been to this bank multiple times and always had a great experience. Staff go out of their way to help, are friendly, timely, and knowledgeable.

I dropped into the Buderim ANZ Branch yesterday to withdraw cash.
I was instantly greeted by a young man at the front of the office. He explained my options and then directed me to another young man.
This young man was serving an elderly lady who was obviously dealing with a situation she found confusing. I honestly wasn't eavesdropping but you couldn't help hearing their conversation. She was now in charge of a financial position that was completely new to her.
This young man was so calm, patient, respectful, and genuine in his dealings with her. She couldn't thank him enough for his help. And for me, a pleasure to witness.
When it was my turn, he apologised for any delay he may have caused me and then proceeded to also help me with a problem I had (with a 2nd credit card I received but wasn't using for a particular reason. He used his initiative and solved my problem instantly).
Unfortunately I didn't get his name, but I just wanted to acknowledge his exceptional service and wonderfully kind manner. We need more fellas like that is the world!

Better than the Woodford branch, which is simply abysmal. To be fair to the staff, I think the issue is the organisation, rather than the individuals. Still, not a great experience.

Never open when we need banking done.
When we have they are very inefficient especially the new staff.

What an awful experience at Buderim branch of Anz.
It doesn’t even look like a Bank, no tellers.
I wanted them to assist with a large transfer.
I was told go away and phone up ! Honestly.
Eventually they did the transfer for $28, but said to me oh you might still see the money in your account this afternoon.
What! For $28 fee I was hoping it would be transferred same day. Appalling service all around. They definitely don’t want us in any Branch.

I would give minus 5 stars if i could. I went in on the 26th May to transfer MY money for settlement on the 1st June. I was assured it would be in PEXA account that afternoon and that I will still see those funds in my account until settlement has taken place. On the 31st May I received notification from my solicitor that those funds aren't showing in PEXA so I once again head into the branch and was told another person was to authorise the transfer with no real apology for their stuff up. I am now completely stressed that the funds will be showing in time for settlement tomorrow, which is why I did it last week to avoid this. It's not even their money, it's my cash that feels like it's been held hostage with ANZ. Never again will I use ANZ, the incompetence and lack of care is disgraceful. It took until 4pm for me to finally be able to breathe. Worst customer service ever!!!

Not too sure why this branch is open? It’s either shut due to staff shortage or shut because staff are on lunch. Wait times huge and everything is just too hard for anyone to do anything. Contemplating leaving ANZ

One star given to simply qualify to leave this review!!! We realise the ANZ bank are attempting to deter face to face contact from ANY customers but we visited their Buderim Branch (4556) yesterday to discover a note saying 'Closed temporarily'. We then rang head office (yesterday) and were assured that BUDERIM branch would be OPEN today (Thursday 6th Jan, 2022!). Set off today only to discover it is again CLOSED!!! As of NOW we are waiting or somebody to answer our call to HEAD OFFICE!!! More than disgusted in our treatment ! We expect truthfulness & transparency! We have neither!!!

No tellers can’t take cash out over $1000 told to go to the plaza. Seriously why are you even open?

A bank without tellers can NEVER provide all the services you need.

Website says open till 4pm but when I got here it was shut till January 4 th. Get your bloody website and opening hours accurate and stop inconveniencing customers
