Amazing staff, so friendly and down to earth, unfortunately didn't have what I was chasing, but will he back! Had a great time talking to staff about their collections.

Travelled to Peter Sheppard Shoes on the recommendation of our podiatrist to buy shoes and sandals for Dianne. Arrived at opening-time and were attended to by Michele. She was very attentive and did not try to "push" us into a style not suitable. Could not ask for better service. Dianne bought a pair of shoes and a pair of sandals. Came back to "the bush" very satisfied with the purchases. Will definitely shop there again. Thank you Michele!!

I shopped at the Edward Street store on 2 consecutive days and both times, I could not fault the service. The first visit, was late afternoon and my purchase was finalised just after closing time. Robyn was helpful and professional from the minute she greeted me. I returned the next morning and bought another 2 pairs. My feet are wide and Royn was able to offer multiple pairs for me to choose from. I am very happy with my choices and would certainly recommend the Edward St store and Robyn for her excellent and attentive service.

Can't recommend enough. Took mum in for some shoes, while they didn't have quite what we needed(mum has tiny feet), the staff were patient and kind, and gave some great recommendations, will be back!

I wear a kid's size, so finding shoes for work - especially black ones comfy enough for hospital ward rounds - is a challenge. So glad to find this place!

I've been to Peter Sheppard in Albert Street a number of times and can't praise them enough. Simone and the staff are very helpful and patient. I have problem feet with arthritis and bunions and Peter Sheppard is the only place I've found that can help me. They have great brands and the quality and follow up service is great. I wouldn't go anywhere else and can't recommend them enough.
