Subsequent to writing this review, I did go to get a script from this pharmacy and my 5 stars review remains. Terry White had a knack of employing happy, friendly, quality staff and I have found this to be in true in other Terry White pharmacies as well.

I haven’t been to this pharmacy yet but they deserve 5 stars for the exceptional phone service. Amber took my query and was very helpful, friendly and sweet. I called another pharmacy (Chemist discount in Kawana…) with the same query and the person who took the call was abrupt and rude and the same product cost $10 more. Pah!. Perhaps they need to send their staff to TW MC and Amber can train them on telephone service… I called TW MC back to clarify something else and another lady took my call. She was just as helpful and actually handed the phone to Amber to assist another customer (I could hear in the background). Amber has a warmth in her voice. I noticed. I know where I’ll be going for my pharmacy needs.

Got into have a Covid booster quickly. It is hard to find where to get your booster these days and was happy with the service at Terry White Sunshine Plaza.
