I ordered for takeout, and I received all the items I ordered perfectly. The interior was clean, and the staff were friendly. Highly recommend the hot crispy chicken!

The lady named Daisy was amazing, super friendly and the service was immaculate.

Thank you so much for being so kind. I had specific requests for an order today, because I am so picky, and Daisy was so kind and understanding.

We also ordered last night and the lady who spoke to me on the phone was so nice, and thoughtful, they even added a little note, wishing me well last night (As I am sick ATM).

Ingrid who served myself and my friends was one of the kindest people i have ever been served by. her customer service is absolutely exceptional and does everything she can to make sure your experience is amazing

Today was one of the best experiences I've had at KFC in a long time. I know that sounds strange, but I feel like fast food places have sometimes lost touch with good customer service.
Today I was served by a lovely person named Emily. Everything in my meal was perfectly prepared and nothing was missed. Thanks Emily for good old fashioned customer service with a smile!

Super fast service, chicken was huge and juicy. Chips and nuggies were done well, didn't have a smell of old oil at all. Would give more than 5 stars if possible

Just wanted to applaud the wonderful staff on Friday night, I got a meal there on Friday night, and it was super busy when I went in. They were all really kind and friendly, during a super busy period which I'm sure would've been extremely stressful!!! Against such a high demand, and I'm sure a lot of impatient customers, the staff were absolutely wonderful! Amazing amazing job you guys !!!!!!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, food was very delicious and prepared to perfection, I left the store feeling satisfied, but the service made my day as I wasn't having a great one but the staff are just amazing people, Thanks KFC Sippy team :)

The two girls working the drive thru 17/4 at closing time were so bubbly and friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work. The food was awesome too. I hope their superiors see this and can commend them.

The food was fresh and prepared with care and not just slapped together like other stores, staff member on front counter was super friendly and got our order right first time and with a smile, store was also very clean.. well done team!

Had Lachie take our order through drive-thru and was the friendliest and most entertaining interaction I’ve ever had or heard (working in drive thru elsewhere I hear a lot), and then had Daisy give us our food and was very cheery and friendly. All around just a great experience 😁

Meg was super helpful and showed really good customer service, she definitely deserves a raise.

Order got taken almost straight away and took about 2 mins to come out. Good food too.
