Billy J has always been my go to store for the last 8+ years! Every time I shop I can’t help myself but place an order! I absolutely love everything!!! 🙌🏼 The quality is amazing for the price and shipping is fast!! Lately I’ve been obsessed with all my By Frankie pieces that’s pretty much my whole wardrobe at the moment! I rarely ever send anything back, the sizes are always true and perfect! The girls are always super friendly and helpful! I couldn’t live without Billy J!! So grateful for you 🙏🏼

Billy J have the most gorgeous print selections - no where else is comparable if you’re looking for a European holiday look. I love their sets, dresses and accessories. I have purchased over the years some staple items from Billy J that I continue to wear and that have shown no wear and tear!

I will just flag that the return process is not ideal, as you are out of pocket if you make a mistake with sizing and want to exchange. Billy J does not offer free returns so if you need to return something you will have to pay the postage to return it yourself.

The only bad experience I have had is recently where one of the products I purchased had a very strong odor and had to be returned. Thankfully Billy J facilitated a return for this and it did not prevent me from purchasing new items that came without issue or odor.

Love this brand! I’m a small, petite female (5ft, 100lbs) and all of their clothes are the perfect fit for me. Everything is made with great quality and style, especially the pants and dresses. I even bought all my bridesmaid dresses from them. 60% of my clothes are from this brand and I will continue to purchase even though they are located in Australia but it’s definitely worth every penny!

I bought the Gina maxi in consent blue for my sisters summer wedding and it was the perfect dress! I felt so glamorous and received a lot of compliments. I didn’t have to worry about how I looked through the day - the dress flowed comfortably and beautifully. The dress shipped really fast and sizing was true. Thank Billy J!

I absolutely love this store, not only did my bridal party wear beautiful dresses from the bridesmaid collection, my bridal shower outfit and honeymoon outfits come from here as well.
I have also purchased countless times for multiple events and not once has there been an issues with my orders, I also love the fast delivery with orders arriving 2 days after ordering & the sizing is on point!

I decided to buy my bridesmaid dresses from Billy J as they delivered to both Australia and the UK (I have bridesmaids residing in both countries) and due to the large range of bridesmaid dress styles. My bridesmaids and I are very happy with the dresses and Billy J's customer service has been amazing, as we have changed our mind quite a few times / colour & theme of the wedding has changed. None of this has been a problem and I have been able to swap dresses / obtain refunds for the balance with complete ease. If you are looking for bridesmaid dresses and are worried about finding the right dresses for your girls then I highly recommend Billy J - they have looked after me from start to finish in my bridesmaid dress search xx

Love this dress, great fit size 8, I’m 52kg and 5 foot 3 … only thing I would change is the refund policy as I returned another dress which was not a great colour on me and too roomy. Luckily I love numerous other dresses but this policy does change my thought process when ordering. I love this brand so totally worth it though!

I ordered the Alias Mae Alana boots and Kendall top from Billy J and I am so happy with these purchases. They both fit perfectly and are made of such high quality materials. Whenever I have an event. I always choose Billy J. So many lovely clothes. From Casual to Formal. I found a dress for both my engagement party and my brothers wedding. I just got a new order of some lovely day dresses from online. I was worried about sizing, but they all fit great. Also the staff at Billy J at Kawana Shoppingworld are always so lovely and accommodating

Billy J was absolutely fantastic. I was stressing as I had a wedding to go to in less than a month and had nothing to wear. I ordered 2 dresses off the website on Tuesday and they were delivered to my house on Friday. Super quick postage and the dresses were absolutely incredible. So excited to wear one of them to the wedding! Great quality!

BillyJ Customer service was truly helpful in regards to communicating in a timely manner and resolving my issues with my card. Not only were they helpful they also have beautiful dresses with great quality and design. As a curvy girl the dress I bought from them fit like a glove ! I loved it!

The materials are always amazing, sizing I find can be a bit tricky with some items, some times needing to size up to get the right fit I’m looking for. But their dresses and designs are always stunning, pricing is quite reasonable as well seeing how amazing the quality of each item is!
I definitely recommend having a shop with Billy J :)

The only thing is when you return something to give you store credit but that’s perfectly fine because they have so many options and different things to please everyone. So many different styles! you just have to make sure you measure yourself first :)

I was skeptical of sizing because of the Australian conversion but they actually turned out to fit amazing!!! Quality dresses too. I absolutely love them and will be ordering again

Good quality for a reasonable price. Quick delivery and great customer service! Returns are quick and easy. Can only get vouchers for store credit and there's a fair delay between purchase, return and receiving a voucher if you were trying to swap sizes etc but otherwise I've been happy with my purchases.
