I have had Todd quote and do several jobs around our house including plumbing our new kitchen. Nice bloke, good prices and fast service are the reasons I refer him to others.

Had a pipe burst in my place around midnight, the entire apartment flooded horribly, called 20 alleged "24hr" plumbers and Todd was the only person to pick up. Got here in 15 minutes and fixed the problem within minutes AND showed us where the water shut off was too! Absolute legend!

Arrived and before entering our home I simply wanted informed financial consent and asked what the fees and charges were as we had been ripped off previously by others and he said there was a $99 service charge just to come to site. I said it was outside of our budget (had just paid another plumber nearly $400 to fix the toilet issues and the upstairs toilet was left leaking worse than before!) and I declined his services and he got angry and stormed away. On the CCTV cameras I then observed him in our driveway ripping the gate and intercom cable from its' connection thinking we wouldn't notice. Formal report was made with the authorities. Would not recommend.
