Caloundra Hotel

Stopped in at this venue about a year ago for lunch and have been back many times. The food is always delicious, and the service is always top notch, with food being delivered quickly, and the staff always checking in with a smile to see if everything is alright. Fantastic coffee and snacks in the gaming room, and I'm always greeted with a smile. Thanks team 😁

What a "food feast" was awaiting for those who booked a table for the Christmas Day Buffet lunch. There was a wide range of food to select from the menu including amazing seafood and the food was cooked to perfection and the buffet warmers were never empty as the hot food kept on coming. To complete the buffet there was a delicious dessert menu as well. And what can I say about the staff, they were incredibly friendly and attentive. Thank you so very much for the fabulous job you did to make our Christmas Day special while we were on holidays and away from our families.

What a great pub. The staff are amazing and very friendly. The atmosphere is electric in the sports bar and you ride every wave of excitement of every race. The regulars are friendly and I’m looking forward to coming back

Very pleasantly surprised. The staff were brilliant, cocktails (of which we had a few) were great and food was very good and copious amounts. Love it so much we went back another 3 times. We will return again on the next trip.

Had dinner at the bistro last night food was excellent and service was first class. My wife said it was one of the best steaks she's had cooked perfectly. Also had great service from the bar staff my wife's cocktail was great she said and so well presented by the male barman. Over all great experience will definitely be back

Checked into the Caloundra Hotel with expectations as high as the Aussie sun in the middle of January, and let me tell you, they did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, it was like stepping into an episode of 'Cheers' - where everybody might not know your name, but they're too charmingly Australian to care. The locals? A delightful cast of characters, dishing out one-liners so wicked, you'd think they were auditioning for a comedy special. And if laughter is the best medicine, these folks are the cure to whatever ails you.Now, let's talk food - specifically, the buffalo wings. Holy smokes, these weren't just wings; they were a religious experience. Our tastebuds took off on a flavour journey so intense, we morphed into human waterfalls. If tears of joy had a taste, it would be these buffalo wings.And the staff? Nothing short of fantastic. They navigated our hungover, hair-of-the-dog-seeking selves with the skill of a seasoned captain steering through the Great Barrier Reef. Their service wasn't just service; it was an embrace from an old friend you didn't know you had.In short, the Caloundra Hotel isn't just a place to hang your hat; it's a destination. Whether you're here to tie the knot or just to unwind, this gem guarantees good vibes, great laughs, and grub that'll have you plotting your return before you've even left. Five stars? More like a whole darn galaxy!

We had a fun night here. The food was such a delight. We enjoyed our rum steak and fish and chips for our kid. Chef Brad even approached our table to make sure we're having a great time. Service was also phenomenal, always making sure that we have what we need. Will surely come back for more!

Came here with a group of 10 and the dining room had multiple other large tables. Despite this, the food came out quickly and was hot and tasty. The chefs made our meals with care and the service staff were also fantastic. Come here if you want an honest pub feed by the beach.

Came here for dinner tonight and the food and service was outstanding. The rump was cooked perfectly and the seafood risotto was delicious. Can not recommend this place enough.

We just love the Caloundra Hotel. The meals are great, The location is perfect. The atmosphere is always buzzing. But for us it is the staff that makes the Hotel such a vibrant place. They go out of their way to make our visit enjoyable. They are all fun and enjoy a laugh. We treasure our time with them every week. Many Thanks. Garry and Dianne

Worth a visit after swimming in the hot sun all morning

Excellent hotel for lunch or dinner or even drinks, great atmosphere and friendly staff. Can't find a better Hotel in Caloundra for meals. Very fast and fresh definitely check it out. Venue Manager is awesome aswell and goes over and above to make sure your dining experience is above and beyond. Thanks Cbx for a great time

I've eaten here numerous times with a group of people, the food is consistently very good, especially the steaks are worth the trip alone.
