Every staff member that we had time with was exceptional. Mandy the receptionist was the friendliest medical receptionist I’ve ever encountered. Dr Anthony V was calm and kind. Very clear with explanations and spike directly to my daughter. Our nurses Stephani and Aaron were both efficient and reassuring. Thanks Ocre Sippy team.

I've recently changed my doctor and pharmacy to Ochre and I'm very happy with the care and service.
All staff that I've encountered have been friendly and courteous. Dr Roberts has been pro active in my care and followed up with me each time.
The pharmacy too has been extremely helpful and the service they provide is excellent.
I think I made the right move. JK

Arrived around 1pm and I was immediately greeted by one of the nicest receptionists I've ever encountered. She made me feel welcome and put me at ease. All of the staff from the receptionist to the nurses to the doctor were all extremely friendly and understanding. The wait time was pretty moderate for a smaller urgent care (around one hour in total), although it could be excused as there was only one doctor seeing several patients. Overall, as much as I do not like going to see the doctor, Ochre was by far the most positive and efficient visit I've had in my life. I will definitely be recommending the urgent care centre to my friends and family. Well-deserved five stars.

They were able to get us in on a Saturday at short notice. Everyone from the Receptionist to the Nurse and then the Dr were all very friendly and very efficient at their job. Not my regular GP but would not hesitate in returning to them. Very impressed and best of all, my son is already on the mend thanks to their fast response.

I miss read the closing time online and arrived just as they closed - the lovely lady was so kind in the way she let me know I had missed the boat, and suggested other places I could get medical attention. I just wanted to mention this as it made a big difference to my day - that she was kind and helpful. I went where she recommended and got the care I needed.

After ringing around at least 3 GP clinics, one advised me to try Ochre Acute Care. Severe Bronchitis was the diagnosis. Appreciate being able to access quick accurate care, otherwise it would have been a trip to hospital emergency.
Some out of pocket expense but in the scheme of things worth it for immediate treatment. Staff and Drs can't do enough to help. Thank you!

After trying to find a GP (as a new patient) on the Sunshine Coast for more than a year, I am so thankful to have been referred to Ochre Health at Sippy Downs. I have received a high level of care with quick turnaround times from both the GP clinic and QML services. The service offered by Dr Popavich for skin cancer removal was also convenient, affordable and caring. This is an excellent practice that I have no hesitation in recommending.

Honestly, the best walk-in doctor services I've ever been to. The staff, nurses and doctors are so friendly and helpful! I would easily drive past 4 other practices to visit this one.

Dr Melissa Ng was fantastic, had some personal concerns and she made me (as a 17 y/o) feel so comfortable, made sure I wasn’t embarrassed for not knowing things, so bubbly and sweet. Will 100% be seeing her again, she also seemed very confident in everything she spoke about. Amazing woman.

Friendly staff, great selection of doctors, very comfortable waiting area, right next to a pharmacy, specialist appointments and availability also. Highly recommend.

The Urgent Care Clinic is outstanding.
From the initial contact with the receptionist to triage nurse to Dr Vogelpol, the clinic was so welcoming, caring, relatable and thorough. Very lucky to have this high quality service in our area.

Very happy with the urgent care clinic. Every time my children have been sick and their regular doctor is fully booked they have always been able to see my children. Everyone has been very friendly and helpful. Thanks very much.

Dr John O’Connor is an excellent Doctor and a real gentleman. Highly recommend him and his medical expertise.

I’ve never had a regular doctor before. My partner and her mother have been seeing Dr. John O’Connor for a long time. He is now my regular doctor and I couldn’t be happier or more comfortable. I’d love to recommend everyone to see him, but then I’d have to wait longer for my next appointment 🤣

I absolutely love this clinic. I never wait long and the admin staff are so kind. The doctor I see is amazing and thorough and today I saw the nurses for my son and they just go above and beyond! Could not recommend this clinic highly enough.

If I could give the acute care clinic 6 stars I would. Attended this morning with my daughter who has been suffering ongoing respiratory symptoms.

We were treated with care and compassion and not like she had leprosy (unfortunately this is how our family medical centre is still treating people with a cough).

Dr Anthony and the nurse who looked after us were thorough in their assessment making sure ears/throat/lungs/blood oxygen were all checked before making the diagnosis.

In a post Covid world. Thank you for providing the level of care that any parent would want for their sick child.

Walk in respiratory clinic was fantastic. I was sick and couldn't see my GP for 3 weeks. Staff were friendly and welcoming, from reception to nurse and doctor. I didn't wait long. An essential service, run well with great people.
