Thanks to the Friendly and Professional Team at Cad Con who spent the time to go over my recent project. They were able to confirm the local town plan, bushfire hazards and highlight issues that included the gradient of the block and the additional costs that I may have been up for, should I have executed on a block of land I was considering purchasing.
