Refined plumbing was fantastic !!! I have just moved to Caloundra to live, wasn't sure on who to get. Izaak and Paul were great !!! Izaak explained everything to me and the costs before he went ahead. Both Izaak and Paul were well manned and very polite. I would definitely recommend Refined Plumbing.

Ok… this is a long one. Rare to find such a responsive tradesman! I requested something new in the game which was an alternative to Flexi pipes as I wanted copper and I didn’t have the fittings for the normal copper pipes.. I could only use Flexi pipes but Izaak researched alternatives for me and found a special new system called no blows that he has now installed along with the help of his team member Seth, … it was a bit fiddly and tricky, but they did it. Great service, great prices, great attitude, very responsive … I am so happy as I have had the experience of a blown flexi pipe in my bathroom. I NEVER want that experience again. So thank you to refined plumbing. …Izaak and Seth. Bravo! Copper art! 👍happy customer!!!!

Izaak responded to my call promptly and his team replaced our water heater the next day. They were courteous and clean, respectful of my business and later dealt with Unity Water on my behalf. The service was beyond my expectations. Thanks Izaac & the team at Refined Plumbing. 🤗🙏😘

I've lived on the Sunny Coast for 13 years and have never experienced customer service of the calibre that Isaac and Seth provide. Communication is prompt and clear, I was kept abreast of all appointment times and next steps, decisions that need to be made are clearly explained, work is completed thoroughly and promptly, and all of this is delivered with a smile, knowledge, good humour, and expertise. I needed to fix my shower as it was making whistling sounds. Guys from Refined Plumbing came, replaced the flow control device and tested to make sure it's 100% working. The staff was really polite and they even checked my bath as well. Well done and highly recommended!

The guys at refined plumbing were awesome to work with on repairing a sink mixer and fixing water pressure. Friendly, prompt and very communicative. Reasonably priced as well. Definitely recommend. Really appreciated the follow up phone call to see if I was happy with the job.

We were extremely pleased with the repairs done to a leaking pipe inside a bedroom wall. Steven was excellent with communication about when he would be arriving and also very thorough and prompt with the repair that was completed that same day. We would highly recommend Refined Plumbing and will not hesitate to contact them for any work in the future.
