Breeze Mooloolaba Beach

Love this hotel! I've stayed multiple times and every time the ladies on the front desk are lovely and very efficient, the apartments are immaculate, clean, fresh, modern and equipped with everything you need and more.
Kitchens have stone bench tops, full size fridge, stove and are beautifully clean, they even come with a coffee machine!
Beds are super comfy, linen and bathrooms are top quality and always spotless. Rooms are quiet, views are great, balconies are large and so are the living areas.
Really cant speak highly enough, location is also fantastic, right on the beach. Much better value and quality than places like the Mantra which is old, tired and more expensive. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The rooms are beautiful, very modern and tidy. Only complaint is the shower temperature went from hot to cold every 30 seconds. Apart from that great stay will book again

Loved our stay at the Breeze, great rooms and facilties except. Friendly and helpful staff and quiet location on the beach front and a short walk to the shopping area and board walk.

Breeze is in a central spot 350m from supermarket, bang in front of the beach and 300m from major restaurants area next to the beach. Some rooms offer excellent sea views from multiple rooms and balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the bedding is super comfortable. Highly recommend this spot.

The staff were extremely accomodating and the apartments are all new and clean. Nothing was too much hassle, the windows & doors are double glazed so you cannot hear the road noise as long as you close your doors and windows. The views and sunsets are still amazing.

I would 100% stay again here. Beautiful spot.

Incredible. Superb location. amazing service. Super clean and the ocean views are stunning. The apartments are just like you see... Modern, well designed and plenty of storage. You could easily make yourself at home here long term with the kitchen wares, storage etc available... They have thought of everything. It was much better than a hotel or studio. I wish we could stay longer! We will be back!

A nice place to stay close to Coles, the beach, numerous restaurants and café's. Unfortunately we didn't get a chance to use the spa or pool as every time we went down it was full and the pool isn't large enough to comfortably accommodate 2 families nor the spa for 2 couples. The room was really spacious and clean, overall a really nice place to stay.

The pool was a bit cold for us at this time of year, but the beach is so close that it doesn't matter. There's also a warm spa pool anyway.

After having spent a few nights at another hotel in Mooloolaba that was lacking comfort, my brother and I came across Breeze while looking online for other hotels to book a stay. We were very fortunate to be served in a friendly, timely and hospitable manner by Kim who gave a tour of one of the apartments and accommodated us at such short notice.

The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and had several points of natural light coming in through the lounge, bedrooms and bathroom windows. The kitchen space was user-friendly and the bedrooms very comfortable with the queen sized beds. The TV's in each room had multiple movies installed for selection, a majority of recent releases which was good news for my brother who was keen to sit down and watch "Ralph Breaks The Internet".

The hotel was within walking distance from the beach and the shops and cafes along the Esplanade. Whilst the pool area wasn't massive in size, it was useful for parents with young children and the spa was a relaxing feature.

We would like to extend our thanks to Kim, Kim, Tarleigh and Jen for ensuring our stay was enjoyable. Should we revisit Mooloolaba in the future we will definitely be booking a stay at Breeze again!

My partner and I recently stayed at Breeze and the apartments are just wonderful, fresh and divinley beach inspired. Upon check-in the staff were very friendly and we were given a complimentary room upgrade which didn't go unappreciated! The ocean views and free movies were not wasted on us - Thank you so much :)
We cannot wait to come back, this is our favourite place to stay in Mooloolaba!

Best place on the Coast! Classy with fantastic rooms and great facilities. All the staff are very friendly, attentive and welcoming! Love staying here and can't recommend the Breeze highly enough

Stayed here for just one night, great views, easy walk to restaurants and beach. Very clean, nicely appointed rooms, enough room for family of 5, including 3 teens.

Everytime i come with my children we have a great experience. Staff very friendly, rooms super comfy and clean. Outdoor pool is heated. The best place to stay with family at any time

Great venue, modern facilities and clean rooms. Located right across the Rd from the beach with ample onsite parking. Spa and pool both seem heated. We will stay here again!!

Great location near beach and Coles. Cafes and restaurant precinct a short walk away. Room was well equipped and made great use of available space.

Love this place, the rooms are beautiful, beds are cozy and the ameneties are great. Right in front of the beach and close to everything. Not to mention Netflix on the TV!

Great spacious modern rooms with nice decor and amenities. Highly recommend. Close to Mooloolaba esplanade and beach plus not too far from Coles, which is very handy.
