The food and service was phenomenal. All the staff were beyond amazing especially Jack, he was super helpful and got my food to me asap.

Called in for a quick bite before a flight home. Service was fantastic and food was amazing! Both customer service reps were excellent and went beyond every day service. For a 6pm on a Thursday night we were very impressed

Store was busy, but as expected, got served quickly. Food came quickly. Wasn't over cooked or cold.

Fresh chicken and burgers as to be expected win 5 stars thus time round.

A zinger can always make you feel better

Order was not complete, so I went back to the front counter and explained, young man did not argue he apologised for filled the Order, the young sales man very polite and professional so nice to see there is still good people around. Well to the young sales man.

Great service from Jack S at the drive thru tonight, he was super friendly and made the process go so quickly. He was also multi tasking so well with taking orders from other cars and doing payments with others. In and out of the drive thru within 5 minutes 👌🏻

Would suggest of you want something greasy and full of chicken 🤣💯
Amazing & quick service

The young lady handled herself well under pressure. The customers waiting to be served were 4 to 5 deep and about 8 to 9 waiting for orders. As she finished each order, she apologised for the delay. Fantastic job.

As a kfc...this one has to be one of the best. Quick order drive through, everything was as ordered....even the sauces. Friendly staff, good job guys, well done keep it up!

Ordered from the drive through, was greeted by a lovely voice over the radio speaker, where I placed my order.
Proceeding to the window I was served by Barb, who was the most lovely happy lady.
I think she should have recognition for her great customer service, I really appreciated it.

The first few times I came here, Barb was on and she was an absolute legend! I don't know where she has gone but she is most certainly missed. While this is still one of the best KFC's in Australia, the service and order fulfilment accuracy has definitely taken a hit.
Still giving a 5 star rating and I am glad they are still open after all the pandemic stuff.

Chicken was dry and not much coating. Even kids wouldn't eat it. We had to go elsewhere to buy more dinner. had alot of loud teenages carrying on and swearing upsetting my daughter but staff do not try to quiet them.or move them on.
