I just left this store and completely happy. Charlie helped me find what I wanted. It was hard to explain…he listened and understood exactly what I needed…when we couldn’t resolve my dilemma with what they had there…he found something online for me. Charlie is a legend! If I owned a company I would steal him. I will use this store in the future now that I’m familiar with all the bits bobs they have there.

Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable staff, they were very patient with my childrens' many electronic questions for their purchases.

Went there today as had issues with my new car, an older model BMW, not having Bluetooth audio. The lady on sorted with me with the correct unit(I'd initially come in for assistance on setting up a previously bought product).
She got me the right unit and set it up for me.
Gave me alot of peace of mind about my new car. Would recommend

It is a store for for people into computer making , fixing , coding, very cool. I was getting a gift for someone that is not available anywhere else. Its a store for educators, beginners, learners like "radio shack" parts for electronics... the staff are helpful and know there business. Thankyou Jaycar!

I went in to look for a very specific cable I couldn’t find anywhere else. I couldn’t remember what it was called only what the plug looked like. I must’ve been searching for half a minute before a team member asked me if I was looking for something. After I explained to him what it looked like he took the correct one of the shelf and asked me if it was that one. Perfect customer service as I needed to get in and out quickly. Thank you!!

Have been back since and same great customer service every time. Either staff or management must’ve changed because the negative reviews do not reflect the store at all now.

Large selection of audio and video cables. Lots of other stuff that you would expect to find at an electronics store. Friendly, helpful staff and reasonable prices.

These guys come through everytime. If it's a product, technical details or advice, there's someone on staff that has the answers or they will try and find out. They bend over backwards to help you with your project even when it's not something on their catalogue. It's why I keep coming back and if you're a maker, keep them in mind because you won't get this sort of service from other mainstream retailers. Hat tip to Nick

We were helped by a young man called Finn today. We’d spent 3 hours looking for what we needed at multiple other stores but Finn figured it all out for us in no time! He even came to the car with us show us how it worked . Hats off to this young champion. Thanks so much!

Jaycar is one of my favourite shops, they have such a broad range of really awesome gadgets and things like torches, batteries, electrical cords, plugs, and so much more. It does take a while to thoroughly look through every isle, if you have the time. The friendly staff are always available to help and answer my questions and always have a cheerful smile. Well done Jaycar and their yearly catalogue is a must, and it's a big jam packed winner!!

I’m actually quite shocked by the negative reviews on here! I went to Jaycar yesterday with a very tedious request regarding an RF switch for my old style console as mine was damaged and needed replacing. I spoke with Bryce and Dave over the phone and then in person. They were INCREDIBLY helpful and suggested a completely new cable at a reasonable price and it worked perfectly! Couldn’t recommend them highly enough! Very happy. Thanks guys :) Rebecca

Great service. Ordered a click an collect at 7 am before open hours and was ready right on open time. Was great. Gave me a tip on another product I was after also.

Friendly staff. Nice fit out. Medium sized store. Not sure why there are so many bad reviews? Of course some of their stuff is cheap and Chinese.
