Greg was genuinely helpful. Put me at ease with his expertise and honest advice. Replaced all the engine mounts in a timely way to get me back on the road. Would definitely recommend if you want good old-fashioned honest service.

Greg was rude when I asked him to walk me through the hand written invoice for my basic service which came to $395… I was gentle and was only trying to decipher his handwriting…he became frustrated and impatient… I feel he did do a decent job with the servicing of my little car… and he was quick… but he barked at me - and got defensive. It was just a little more expensive than what I anticipated. My fault I guess for not asking in advance what the price would be for a service.. He was gruff and His customer service skills need improvement… Maybe he was just having a bad day.

This bloke has no customer service skills what-so-ever.

I went in there to try get them to look at my car to fix something, and I basically just wanted to know whether they could do it or not because I was in a rush and needed to drop it somewhere. They were really vague and unhelpful, and when pressed the best they could say was "I'll take a look", but then they wouldn't even tell me how long it would take them to take a look at it, even though I'd told them I was in a rush and they were just sitting in the office - but they still kept trying to get me to leave my keys with them. They were rude and I wouldn't trust them with my car. Took it somewhere else and they were much more accommodating.
