We wanted to give you some feedback on our engagement with Ben Flower, Nigel Irving and the Maroochydore Colliers office, with the recent sale of our industrial building at 28 Kessling Ave, Kunda Park. With the sale completed and settled we would like to say how happy we are with the outcome. When making a business decision we're very conscious of doing the research to engage the best people to work with us. I would not recommend Jesse Howitt of Colliers Sunshine Coast to look after your property sale. Jesse did not act on my clear instructions to prospective purchasers causing not only financial loss to myself, but distress to buyers that were unable to present their offers due to Jesse not returning any of their phone calls or text messages on the most crucial day of negotiations, Highly disappointing and unprofessional. As a real estate Principal myself, I am shocked to know that lack of duty of care to vendors that pay agents commission still exists in our real estate culture. It’s a poor reflection on our industry.

Called Daniel Vella to view a property and not only is he unprofessional but he is RUDE. He can't even answer his phone in a professional manner. He should also take a lesson on how to talk to potential investors.
I made an enquiry on a vacancy and he didn't even take the time to listen and then questioned me if I knew what I was talking about.
Looking elsewhere to take my business!
