De Ja Vu Cafe & Bar Mooloolaba

After a somewhat slow start in terms of service, once our order was taken this was a really good experience. Super quick turnaround to our food being brought out, staff checking how the food was, and in general a great experience.

In terms of the food, it was all presented well and tasted great, though if I am being picky it was slightly on the expensive side? Nevertheless, would definitely come back here, and would highly recommend the chicken and pesto pasta which was creamy with a good helping on parmesan on top

We ate breakfast at Deja Vu Cafe and Bar two days in a row. Beautiful atmosphere, exceptionally friendly staff and yummy food. Excellent value for money. Stunning outlook over Mooloolaba Beach. We will definitely be back!

Homely Sweet Spot by the Beach

We stumbled upon De Ja Vu Café and Bar on a lazy afternoon and what a delightful find it was! Right across the beach, this place carries a chill beach vibe that immediately puts you at ease. We decided to indulge in some cakes - I went for a Coffee Log while my wife chose the Black Forest. Both were absolutely amazing with just the right amount of sweetness and flavor.

The view of the beach added a serene backdrop to our sweet indulgence. But what really made our visit special was our waitress, Marcia. She was very kind, sympathetic, and had a warm demeanor that just brightened our experience. It’s not just the great food and view here, but the people like Marcia who add a personal touch to the place.

Will definitely be back for more sweet treats and hopefully, more of Marcia’s cheerful service!

Experience was made! Food was at its best. The Chef was peaking that morning. Compliments for the satisfaction.

Love this place. Been here three days in a row, at different times of the day. Offers great combination of traditional foods alongside more modern interpretations. Home-made tacos, hot chocolate, mixed juices, toast have all been great. Location easy to get to, with great view over the water. Be aware, open early in the morning, so closes before dinner.

A chance stop in Mooloolaba. Mum and I came across this place which looked great. Dessert cabinet looked wicked (I bought cheesecake to take home and was definitely delicious). Staff, service and food fantastic.

Hard to beat great food , great beach views ,nice coffee by well trained baristas. The service provided is always consistently top notch and I like the Lavaza coffee.

Cannot fault this place, best cafe Breakfast I have ever had. Staff were very friendly and efficient. Stunning views to the ocean, it was just a perfect way to start the day to be honest and I normally don't eat breakfast.

Well balanced and a full body with a fantastic aftertaste. Breakfast was absolutely delicious. Fresh bacon and eggs were done perfectly. Thank you again to owners staff and especially chefs. Worth the money and experience.

Delicious food and Lovely people. Started off as a customer ended becoming very good friends. They are some of the 1st ones I talk to in the morning. Definitely recommend this place to newbies, visitors and locals.

Up for a few days at a business conference in Mooloolaba. Found this lovely little place for breakfast. The staff here are lovely and friendly and their recommendation for the omelet was perfect for the rainy morning. So relaxing to watch the ocean while having breakfast. Will definitely be back 😊👍

We love Dejavu Cafe! Whenever we get the opportunity we will always come here, breakfast, brunch, lunch we love all the menu’s and any excuse will have us here 🤣The staff are always so friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them! The view helps too 🏝🐬🍃

Can it even get better than this? A good show all round and yes, you 100% need to add this to your to-do-list! Really good coffee, fantastic and super friendly service, fresh and delicious food with the ocean as its backdrop ~ put simply 'the best!' If you're an omelette fan, be adventurous and try the spicy chicken one. Just enough spice to get the taste bud party started, but not enough to burn them. It is next level delicious. Can recommend!
