Had a pleasant stay. All amenities are provided in the kitchen and in washroom. Ocean view from balcony looks great.
The bed mattress could be better.

Great location to everything including Alexandra headland beach and children's play area. Rooms self contained and clean, well serviced. Makes it easy to arrive put your case in the room, your feet up and enjoy your holiday

Ideal location with great places to eat within walking distance, and amazing views of the ocean. Kitchen/living areas were a tad on the small side but had everything you need if you wanted to cook meals for yourself. Parking is a bit tight but nice and secure. Would definitely stay again for another escape from the rat race.

Great spot, easy dining and location to eateries. Clean tidy and fresh decor. Pool n spa look great, but too cold for us this rime of year!

Ocean Boulevard is a stunning resort! Situated right on the beach in the beautiful Alexandra headlands... what more could you want! With the beautiful beaches at your door step, with ocean views as far as your eyes can see... Ocean Boulevard is the place to be. They have stylish resort apartments suited for couples and a beautiful relaxing pool area, local beaches, shops and cafes. This is really a stunning location that will leave you feeling relaxed, refreshed and rejuvenated!!!

Great place! Gave us early check in 👌 service was very friendly, clean rooms with a great view, across the road from the beach, close to shops, great paths that lead to the lighthouse and beaches further along. I was proposed to here on the rooftop at night so it will remain a special place for me - will definately be back to stay here again! 😊

We booked a week and ended up staying for nearly two.
The building is an older one but never-the-less the apartment was well maintained, clean & tidy. Everything we needed was available. The location is superb – along from the Surf Club, opposite the beach: so handy to everything but reasonably quiet.

So well situated in the Alexandra Headland with wonderful beaches up and down the coast in easy driving distance. Apartment had everything we needed

Located perfectly at Alexandra Parade at Alexandra Heads, the unit is clean comfortable and perfect escape for a romantic stay for couples. All units have ocean views, and it is close to bars, restaurants and clubs. An easy stroll along the walkway beside the beach is most enjoyable. The pool and spa are located at rear of resort and there is lifts to all floors and parking is secured underneath the building. The staff are most friendly and helfpul. I would recommend Ocean Boulevard for a most enjoyable getaway at the Sunshine Coast, and will be going back again to stay as soon as is possible.

Love to stay at Ocean Boulevard to enjoy great uninterrupted ocean views and so close you can hear the ocean from the bedroom or the well appointed kitchen. On the rare times it is too cold to swim in the ocean, you can enjoy the heated pool and spa. It’s a singles and couples resort, lots of privacy, quiet and close to a range of coffee shops , restaurants, deli’s and bars.........what more could you want. Friendly reception staff always ready to help.

This is a great find! We often pop up to Ocean Boulevard when we feel like a break and always leave feeling rejuvenated and rested. The location is top-notch – just across the road from the beach, with plenty of nearby shops and cafes, and a short scenic stroll up to Mooloolaba. The apartments are excellent value, spotlesss, quiet and equipped with everything we need. The thoughtful touches, such as local tourist information and magazines to read while lazing by the pool, are a great touch. And we always find the owners to be exceptionally helpful and friendly. We also like the fact that this resort is couples only, so it's very peaceful - which is great if you fancy a quiet break away.

Ocean Bouelvard has great staff, great service, fantastic rooms with amazing views of the ocean. Our apartment was so clean and presented beautifully. Ocean Boulevard is so central, you can just park your car in the undercover secure parking and walk - like we did. Nothing to complain about at all!

Alexandra Headland is a peaceful setting on the Sunshine Coast and Ocean Boulevard offers spectacular views of the ocean from each apartment. We feel pampered with all the luxury facilities and well planned layout with plenty of storage space. It is such a quiet place to relax and go for a stroll along the beach or take day trips along the coast or up to the hinterland. We return to Ocean Boulevard whenever we can and are always warmly welcomed so it just feels like a home away from home!

We have stayed at ocean boulevard twice now and both times have been brilliant and we are keen to return asap. It is perfectly located right opposite the beach, great ocean views and sea breezes are what we love the most, as you immediately relax here. The rooms are lovely and clean and all have a perfectly positioned balcony to take in the views and enjoy a few vinos. Alex beach is nestled between both Maroochydore and Mooloolaba, so staying here means you are within easy walking distance of two other great beaches too and lots of yummy restaurants and cafe options. We will definetely be returning soon.

Had a party at the surf club on sat night, booked it for Sunday night online … they helped fix my booking same price! Short walk to the club, great ocean view.

The managers Charlie and Dan are the best we have ever had . And that is why we keep going back to them. They are always very helpful. The appartments are well maintained and very clean. They really do deserve The above 5 stars.
