Lovely room. Good location. One street back from seafront but access, via an under cover passage between shops, to the sea front.

Two bedroom ocean view apartment on 8th floor. Apartment was spotlessly clean and was stocked with everything we needed. The staff were welcoming, efficient and very friendly. We could not fault our stay (our 2nd here) and would choose this again.

One street away from the main road which was a blessing re noise level. Fantastic 2 bed apartment. Very apt for 4 adults for the week. Cooked our own breakfasts, out for a late lunch and back after dark with platters etc from Coles on the corner, 5 mins away. Pool was lovely, parking perfect, location was really good and balcony was ideal. Weather was perfect for us. We'll be back gladly. Thank you to the staff for your welcome. Receptionist was a hoot, what a treasure.

As I arrived out of hours Instructions left for me were excellent. The complex had a very nice smell in and outside of the rooms. Front desk was fantastic and very helpful. Is also a fantastic location.

The location makes for a relaxing experience with a quick stroll to the beach, restaurants and cafes. The views are beautiful and the staff were an absolute pleasure with catering for all our needs. Will definitely stay here again next trip up

Relatively young complex, end units feature natural lighting from three sides. Classy timeless design and spacious in feel, had a 3 bedroom unit, which included two secure parks. Pool was nice and receptionist/ property manager was fabulous to deal with❤

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful every single time I had a query. The room itself was immaculate, I have never seen such a high level on cleanliness and the view was stunning. Would absolutely give more stars if possible, could not fault our stay whatsoever :)

Super friendly and helpful reception team, very personalised and keen to make our stay great. Fantastic location, super close to eateries and shopping and more importantly the patrolled beach. Comfy beds and great facilities.

Clean, fresh, spacious apartment with every thing needed to make a stay with a young family easy and enjoyable. Pool is gorgeous, gym a bonus and the location is exceptional- only one street back from the esplanade and beach. Coffee, breakfast is a short stroll away and the local surf club, gelati shops, Sea Life Aquarium and the Wharf all within walking distance. The complex manager Melinda is fantastic-nothing too much trouble to assist with and she was even able to help organise a baby sitter. A total gem. We have found our new favourite holiday and will certainly be back! 😊

The location was perfect being just a very casual stroll (less than 2-minutes) to many fine eateries and the beach.

The room was very well appointed with everything provided to allow you to just sit back and relax.

Car parking is excellent and very secure. Once there you simply don't need a car.

Only down side - we couldn't stay longer.

My wife and I have been here for 6.5 years now, and have seen a few Managers come and go.
Mellinda, Dakoda and Darren are the most wonderful hosts and managers that you could ask for. Always so pleasant, helpful and absolutely delightful.
If you are deciding where to stay on your next Sunshine Coast holiday, this is the place to be.

Four of us stayed here for 8 nights and it was just perfect. Lovely apartment with a balcony and view of the ocean. Location is so central making it walking distance to try some of the many great eating places and for shopping, and swimming at the beach. Lindsay and Chris were so friendly and obliging we would recommend Seamark as a great place to stay.

Great location! Good units one street back from the beach, nice and quiet, but still direct access to the beach through the boutique shops and cafes. 300m from a Coles, right near great restaurants, underwater world and everything Mooloolaba has to offer. Close enough to the patrolled beach we walk there with our 3 kids under 8 with gear. Nice view, we were on level 7.

Very happy with our stay. Location is spot on with a short stroll to the beach and eateries. The service and assistance provided to me was outstanding. I booked three units for a group of males competing in a local sports tournament and the feedback from all of them was they were all very happy and as long as you can squeeze us in again next year we will be back and probably need more units.

Good location 1 street back from esplanade walk through to beach ⛱. Was abit noisy in the early morning with the sound of rubbish trucks picking up each day . The apartment was excellent.

We had a great stay! The apartments are easily found for first time travellers to the sunshine coast and the reception was friendly and welcoming. The apartments were clean and homly with a lovely view of the ocean. There was also a generous number of plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, towels etc. For a more than comfortable stay. The main section of mooloolaba was easily accessible via a short walkway (right past ben and Jerry's) and only a short stroll beyond that is the beach. I will definitely be recommending this to family and friends!

Perfect location, not too quiet and not too loud! Big and spacious apartment! Would definitely book again!
