RedBrick Hotel

My husband and I ate lunch at the Redbrick Hotel on Friday on our way home from a meeting in town. The service was outstanding. We were greeted by a lovely french waitress who was so sweet. It turns out it was her very first shift! I think they will be glad they employed her. We were also served our drinks by Ralph who I assume is the manager. He was happy to stop and have a quick chat and a laugh. Such friendly service is hard to come by these days. Highly recommend.

I regularly walk past the Red Brick hotel and have always wondered about dining experience at the Fat Crab. The tables are always well presented at lunch and dinner. They also can be quite busy.

I took my wife and 6 month old to dine at the Fat Crab. My wife and I were keen to try the chilli mud crab. Unfortunately, the chef was unable to source and mud crabs but had sand crabs on the day.

The chilli sand crabs were some of the most memorable crabs I have had. The crabs were tender and fresh. We also had a salad which was made with fresh ingredients. We found the food flavourful.

The restaurant says it uses locally sourced ingredients and it really shows in the quality food they produce.

We found the staff very accommodating and attentive while dining.

This is a must visit restaurant for seafood in Brisbane. We will be definitely returning.

Plus the staff were kind, inviting and really warm.
Atmosphere of a country pub. Exactly how it should be.

Also they are the reason that the Gloucester street community garden exists.
I had the pleasure of visiting both today and will definitely be back.

As soon as our feet hit the floor in the door, the team behind the bar were quick as a flash to say G'day. Let them know we were there for lunch and was shown a table. A menu was passed to us and the steak sandwich was our pick. Shortly there afterwards the steak sandwich appeared before us. Man oh man , and what a steak sandwich. Was one of the best I have had at a pub in Brisbane. Highly recommended. Comfortable seating and great air-conditioning. Friendly staff and good pricing on food and drinks. Highly recommended

This pub soon became our favourite relaxation spot during our sons recovery.

Been here two Friday nights in a row and will definitely be back. Staff are top notch - Lisa and Naila really looked after us! Plus delicious half priced cocktails on Friday nights just seals the deal - it’s a no brainer.

Staff were very kind and welcoming, please tell the lovely gentleman behind the bar in the Hawaiian shirt his coffee was delicious!

Service was great, all the staff were very nice and helpful! Food was fantastic and the oysters were very delicious. Overall a great experience, was so busy we were in the bar area, probably would have been nicer in the restaurant.

Soon to be my local!! Stopped in after moving to my new apartment and wow! What an incredible venue. Wednesday night $9 glasses of wine and $20 steaks!!! Perfect!!!

Wonderful historical hotel with great service. We had Sunday special steakes. It cooked beautifully. Salad and chips are perfect. Nice atmospheres. Great local feels. Love it.

Found this place by chance whilst looking for a place to get a pub meal fix. The service from the moment we entered was great, even received 2 complimentary wings. Wait time for food was more than reasonable and quality was met by quantity. Stop by if you're feeling hungry and fancy a steak or parmi 👌

Excellent customer service! The staff is very welcoming and help you to select the menu of your choice. The food is fantastic and the portions are ideal. It has unique interior which is pleasant. I will definitely go there for a beer.

Nila and Lisa were super hospitable and great servers for our friend’s birthday. Great cocktails, great atmosphere and happy hours on Friday afternoons! What more could you want?

We found this place by chance and were blown away by our experience. Fantastic service, from the moment we walked in we felt welcome! The food was absolutely delicious - perfect serving size and so cheap! The style of the pub was also really cool.

Half priced cocktails on a Friday night, it's an absolute steal. Best value drinks in Brissy. Service is also top notch.

The Red Brick is the best spot in Brisbane. Half price cocktails on Friday 6 - 8 is the best deal I have found. Naila & Lisa are all absolute laugh and really add to the atmosphere of The Red Brick.

One of my favourite places to eat near Brisbane. Great pub which does a few of my favourite cocktails, such as an espresso martini. Highly recommend you try the honey soy wings, unbelievable.

Amazing. Been passing this pub for years but it seems to have been revitalized.
Great mix of old world pub, retro chandeliers and new world touches.
Food was mainly great seafood but did not miss having other options.
Very reasonable prices.
For the locals, the chef is ex Fish Kitchen.
At this price and with this level of decor and service, a definate must try.
