EXCELLSIOR Mooloolaba

I recently stayed here for two nights and found the accommodation satisfactory. It boasts a nice river view and is conveniently located on a quiet street near the center of Mooloolaba, within walking distance to the beach, restaurants, the wharf, and the SeaLife Underwater Aquarium.

The room was clean and orderly.

Despite a late evening arrival, the reception accommodated a smooth late check-in process.

Parking was straightforward and accessible.

The pricing was reasonable and competitive compared to other nearby options.

The management was approachable and helpful.

Overall, I would recommend this hotel for its value and location and would consider staying here again.

Loved our stay here. Away from the hustle and bustle of the night life in Mooloolaba but still within walking distance. The view of the river was delightful. The apartment had all the essentials required. We stayed for a week and absolutely loved it.

Apartment was exactly as listed. Loved sitting out on the balcony and overlooking the river. Apartment bit older but very clean and had everything we need including a good kitchen and a huge bathroom and shower.
Parking was great and very secure.

I had an issue with my booking (via an unscrupulous booking agent), and the management team at Excellsior went out of their way to help me get it resolved. Awesome customer service.

Check in was so easy and quick. Parking is close so you’re in your room within a minute. Open the door and then you get a sense of the view. The canals and then the ocean in the distance.

We loved the rooftop! We got to see the full moon and sunset in full form! Spectacular!

Great friendly and accomodating service. We shall be back!

We enjoyed our stay in the spacious apartment we had. It was in a quiet and convenient location with both underground and street parking available. It was a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
All the basics were provided in the rooms. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Why pay more, unless you really want a view of the ocean? Peaceful location at end of River Esplanade (Rm 24, Lev 4); clean, spacious apartments with balcony overlooking river bend, trees, dogs playing in the water, and pedestrian/cycle bridge across.

We had a great time, our unit was very clean, comfortable bed and a well equipped kitchen. Very close to the wonderful cafes and restaurants.
Staff were very friendly.

Will definitely come back to stay again. Very homely and have all the necessary items available to use in the room. Lovely view of the river of the large balcony. Great value and in a really nice peaceful location that’s a short stroll to the wharf area and sealife. Perfect for my toddler and I. Friendly reception staff as well :)

I recently arranged for relatives to stay at Excellsior, with a small child. The service in Booking directly was friendly, streamlined and easy, as were instructions for Departure.
The couple concerned appreciated the furnishings and facilities available,walking distance to activities at the Wharf and Beach, the quietness, and a very comfortable bed, plus value for money.

This apartment 14 2nd floor was amazing. Beautifully decorated. Everything you would want/need Spotlessly clean

.the weather so horrible for 10 days 😫 Been a number of times to Mooloolaba and this so much better than any of our other apartments.

This is the third time we have stayed here and great value for money compared to elsewhere. Nothing to fault and very close to the Marina and town (5 minute walk). The accommodation has everything provided and some nice extras ! Will definitely be back again and we are well travelled !

Our stay at exellsior was amazing. We highly recommend the apartments for anyone seeking a relaxing and convenient stay in the heart of Mooloolaba. The room itself was beautiful and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The apartments are within walking distance to shops , restaurants and tourist attractions. We will absolutely be returning to excellsior when we next visit the Sunshine Coast !

Really well positioned within easy walking distance of all things essential for a relaxing holiday - the beach, cafes, bars and the wonderful walking paths. Great rooms with efficient air con and a comfortable lounge in front of an enormous TV (for the cricket!) Our grown kids loved it and it was a really good family-sized space.

Great comfortable apartment on the esplanade within walking distance of everything. Very quiet location . Fully stocked with kitchen appliances including a coffee machine. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely be back.

The unit we stayed in had a fabulous outlook towards the river and was very comfortable
There is a bbq at the complex which we used a couple of times very handy.
