QML Pathology

Had a blood test here and the ladies were AWESOME. Despite being a medical student and being comfortable with needles, blood tests are still something I dread getting myself 😅 the nurses were extremely knowledgeable, experienced and made me feel so at ease. It was also open on a Saturday and very easy to get to with plenty of parking. I got seen as soon as I arrived with no wait at all as they weren’t very busy. I am so happy I came here and will definitely come back again as I was so pleased with the experience overall.

These guys were fantastic. Couldn't do enough to help, they were even prepared to come and take a blood sample from me in the back of the van so it's saved unloading me and my chair. We don't use anybody else anymore.

I get blood collected every few months and come here a lot because the staff have always been friendly and efficient. The extra opening hours are a lifesaver too!

The nurse on duty on 15/12 at 7am was amazing. We have had a bad experience in another QML a couple weeks ago, so decided to try another one and she did really well with our newborn, so lovely and patient.

The staff are really friendly. I have a fear of needles and do not cope well with blood collection. Shirley was really kind, reassuring and nice. She was good at talking to me and distracting me from the pain.

I was very pleased with my experience today in this site. The front desk and the person taking the samples were very nice and gentle. I am impressed, since I have had awful experiences in other QML centres.

This is where I have all my blood tests done and they are so quick and lovely. They are open for before, during and after work so there is always a time that works!

One of the best experiences I have had while getting blood taken. The collector was very good and kind. The receptionist was kind and very knowledgeable.

At QML 1/548 Ipswich Road, there are few young girls who are very helpful, nice and energetic. Keep up the good work.

Huge thanks to George and the other gentleman who made my eight year old daughter's first blood test straightforward, helpful and positive. Their approach reduced anxiety and made for a less traumatic experience than expected - thank you!!

They have Very professional staff. i am really happy every time i go there.its very hard to find my veins whenever to go to different pathology but here they have some magic they find my veins very quickly and pains free . can't recommend this place enough very happy with the staff i don't remember their names but they all are very professional

Wonderful experience. Straight in, no wait at midday. I’ve had so much trouble with blood tests before. This lovely man was gentle and professional and it all went perfectly. My GP told me to go to Annerley. Great advice.

Best bloods done by far, didn't feel a thing and was really good 👍 👌 my sister was there with me and had to get bloods done too but they had to dig around for hers, unlucky for my sister lol 😆

Quick and efficient. Got in there had my blood taken and a swab test done and was out of there within 5 minutes. Staff were friendly and skilled at there profession.

I get bloods done every three months here and find them generally helpful and professional. Zafar who is there a lot is very good and experienced.
