Christian Louboutin Brisbane

My wife, five year old daughter and myself came into this store on a Saturday morning and were promptly greeted by the staff and were offered a coffee or a water. My wife tried on a few different sizes of the Kate's and found the right fit after the third size. Unfortunately they did not have the size in store and a pair was shipped from Sydney within two days. I came back into the store and collected the shoes and was greeted by a different employee. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable and we could not fault them one bit. The store was very nice, clean and had the signature red color theme throughout. We will definitely be return customers.

Had a wonderful experience buying my first pair of red bottoms. My sales associate Petra was wonderful, not pushy and gave me advice which helped me make a decision. I am so happy with my purchase.

Every woman dream of owning a shoe with red bottom, at least I certainly do. Great location, it’s now easy to come in and browse the new collections.

Since the store has moved into the Queen Street Mall it has made my experience coming into this store more enjoyable 😉. The Red Bottom shoe is simply a stunner, but I must say you also need a good sales person behind the product. I believe in recognition and I will never forget how it made me feel when I first made a purchase at this store. I was greeted by Patrick and the team, they made me feel comfortable with no pressure to buy. The offer of lovely beverages was simply a winner in my view it did make me feel very special and important. So thank you team.
Patrick understands me, he knows what I want in shoes, he makes suggestions in ways to maximise my purchase, he always informs me of upcoming new styles or simply suggests to pop in for bubbles. That approach is very important to me. Outstanding customer service Patrick.

The staff went out of their way to make me feel welcome and special. Patrick especially is a huge asset to the store and has in depth knowledge of the products and goes out of his way to help sourcing items. I cannot recommend the Brisbane Louboutin team enough. I’m a huge fan of Louboutin shoes. Would give more stars if I could.

Luxurious yet always very welcoming, inviting and personalised service & experience. I had visited all CL boutiques in Australia and overseas & Brisbane boutique is by far my favourite. I have had numerous interactions with the staff at Christian Louboutin in Brisbane City and every time it is fabulous, helpful, friendly, and thr staff go above and beyond finding sizes and styles for me. Visited the Brisbane store today for my first Louboutin experience. Was looking to try on a few styles and get a feel for the size and quality.
Both the Manager (sorry didn’t catch her name) and Patrick were wonderful. They were both very patient and provided practical advice about the different styles, matching to different outfits, and the pros and cons of their product. Patrick is genuine and has a great sales demeanour, providing excellent knowledge and advice without being pushy.
While I didn’t make a purchase today, as I wish to check out a few more styles and brands, the experience was very positive and a far cry from the often pretentious and pushy salespeople at this price point. Will definitely be back!

I came in with my partner to browse while on holiday. Louboutin staff went above and beyond to make sure my partner and I felt welcomed. I first met Patrick and Max when they were working in David Jones Queens Plaza. They were both extremely friendly and very helpful. This was during a very difficult time in my life due to a medical situation which had occurred in my family and they went above and beyond to assist me - so much so that i have returned to visit on a number of occasions to the new premises (the store is amazing) they are compassionate, kind and willing to help in any way possible - thank you Patrick and Max for always being your wonderful selves and for always going out of your way to make me feel welcome - hope to see you soon 🙂
