Very good mechanic and friendly staff. Very quick too. Was my first time getting a car and I got a used car and took it here and they showed me all the things wrong with the car and even showed me the wrecked parts they changed out. The dealer I bought it from also roadworthy my car with bald tires and 2mm of brake pads. Very dangerous. They showed me this and they even got me Pirellis within 4 hours and I had new brakes, rotors, tires and a service b within 6 hours. Amazing work.

I switched to Le Mans from another mechanic nearby because I felt like I wasn’t given thorough information about what was being done to my car. The Le Mans team have been great in telling me exactly what they were doing, itemising everything, and giving me options. They’ll definitely be my regular for all my car servicing now.

I chose Le Mans West End after moving to Brisbane City over a year ago to service my 2015 BMW. Later I had some additional suspension work done. All good. Soon after the car developed a coolant leak... I was starting to think of selling it but decided to see the guys at Le Mans again. This was the real test and I was happy with their repairs and honest explanation of the choices for the full fix and what was actually done. I have left this review for 12 months and the car is still running well so it's time for another service which I will book in with them shortly. What I never told them was that I used to service my own Jaguar XJS V12 - ie. I know a little about what's under the bonnet and I believe they do good work. I really appreciated being able to spend a few minutes with the mechanic to discuss the details of a more complex repair - this is very important to me. Prices are reasonable, there may be cheaper around, but you get what you pay for.

Had a issue with the vacuum system in my C30 none of my local mechanics could not identify. When I drove in to the Leman garage, one of the mechanics heard the noise, diagnosed the problem and cause on the spot. Fixed it same day, including sourcing the parts. Very happy with the service I received.

These guys have the best customer service I've ever experienced in a mechanic. I took my Audi Q3 there for its first service after completing the 5 years servicing included from Audi. I was far more impressed with LeMans than the dealer, and they are obviously far more cost effective as well!

Although they couldn’t find the issue behind my Peugeot 5008 not starting up every now and then, they were very professional and spent the time to check the car and gave me a report as well as some recommendations for further diagnosis. All at zero cost.

Very knowledgeable on the best options for EV especially Teslas. They gave us multiple options and the benefits and disadvantages of each. Would be glad to recommend them for EV tyres.

Le Mans is a wonderful shop who I really trust. They helped me to find a car part for a cheaper price and let me know when I would have been over-paying. They have availability to actually get an appointment time when needed and are very professional. Highly recommend especially as someone who doesn’t know anything about cars so trust is super important to me.

Le Mans West End is super professional, accommodating. They are the only people I go to here in Brisbane, be it for a regular service or any repair. They are quick, reliable and thorough. They even checked my car's electrical fault with the brake pads once for free and recommended me to go to an auto electrician instead, as it would be cheaper for me. I fully trust these guys with my car.

Very switched on business! The air-conditioner in my Peugeot suddenly failed during the heat of January 2022. They were able to fix it quickly and expertly. I'm fairly anxious about servicing on Peugeots as I have several horrific experiences in the past. More work has been done on the car since and I am very impressed with their overall professionalism. Great customer service and efficiency from all the team. Highly recommend them.

Had a pretty ugly job that needed to be done on my car. The LeMans team were through and professional with the work they did, explaining everything and not going ahead with any work unless I said so. Fantastic communication and amazing service, don't waste your time with dealerships and other so called specialists, these guys are the real deal.
