I just moved to the area and this was my first time at Ivy Nails and honestly I felt so welcome as soon as I walked in. The business owner was so lovely and chatty also. Aside from exceptional customer service they did an amazing job on my nails and fixed up my shape so well. My new favourite salon and will definitely recommend to others and will be my new regular salon! Thank you ❤

Hesitant to give this retailer a go after reading reviews, so glad I decided to use my own judgement. First visit 3 weeks ago .... all staff very pleasant and professional, clean sanitised equipment, kind and caring.
Second visit today and once again, extremely pleasant. Yes some staff have little English, but communicate in pleasant way.
Price for services in a shopping centre very reasonable.
Reviews are impressions, best to not assume they are relevant to ones own experience. Recommend services and encourage others to form their own opinions.

I love the artwork they did with my nails. I brought in different designs with me every time I come and I am always happy with the result when I walked out. I don’t really see them often as the nails they did for me can stay for long!!! I would say their prices are very reasonable for such professional services.

While they’re busy, the fact that they’re well-staffed means “walk-ins” are well catered for.

Lovely service by David. I had shellac french tips on my natural nails done. He was very gentle and neat. This was my first time here and will definitely be going back.

I was served by Franco and Annie, and they were amazing! Both had such attention to detail and made sure my nails were all perfect shape, length & colour. Definitely returning!

Very happy! I had a full set done today and they look great. I was really sorry to hear about some of the bad experiences others have had because I’ve been through it all before. I didn’t catch the name of the staff who served me but they were lovely to me (and patient, I was a bit daydreamy)

Franco and the team at Ivy Nails are amazing. My best friend and I have been going to Ivy for 2 years now and won’t go anywhere else. Customer service is always great and always quick to fit us in. The quality of nails and nail art is fantastic and we really enjoy the experience each and every time. Pedicures are also great, with a nice leg massage! Would highly recommend the team at Ivy Nail.

Amazing service! Wide range of colors and Annie does beautiful designs. Franco and his team really take their time to look after the health of my nails and my mani/pedi always looks 10/10 every time! Would highly recommend.

I have been visiting this salon for the last 7 years, but since the change in ownership to the son and mother team - I have seen a noticable improvement in the salon customer care standards and quality of work. I always feel comfortable, and they always make me feel special somehow.

My nails are very thin and brittle and Timmy was just amazing!! He was super careful, did a detailed manicure and did my nails with shellac + design all for a very affordable price and excellent customer service! I am very happy to have found this place during my short stay in Brisbane.

I highly recommend Hui at Ivy Nails as she’s very professional and does an incredible job. I loved getting my pedicures done by her as she’s one of the best nail technicians in town 🙏🏻♥💯
