BIG W Macarthur

Came here to buy stuff for my bedroom and was not disappointed. The items were cheaper than other stores and quite decent for their price. I couldn’t find the Teddy Fleece Blanket while the website claimed it’s in stock here, but a female staff recommended me another one and it’s just as good.

Great Store, Great Prices. Located Central Downtown. Best options if you need some deals for interior decoration of your rented flat.

Bought a really fancy and chick dress last month and good thind it's on sale. Really like this place and just to walk around. Such a wonderful place and has many stuffs to do.

Fantastic staff and convenient to get to right where my bus stop is on Edward Street bur has multiple access entrances and they ALWAYS have what I am looking for!

I love this store the staff are so nice. I was really lost and didn't know where anything was and one of the employees called Wren helped me find some Lego and even gave me suggestions on what I should buy my sister for her birthday. 10/10 customer service from Wren will 100% be shopping here again.

I travel 30 mins into the city and Big W MacArthur is always such a pleasure to visit. Great spacious layout and the staff are all so friendly and helpful, especially Enya who impressed me with her electrical knowledge on lightbulbs and Gabe with her technical background with TVs. Thanks team!

Alway good to have Big W in the city center. Whenever you need anything, you can count on them to have what you need. It has double stories and pretty much has complete items as you can find in the much bigger stores. Really enjoy the experience everytime I visit this store.

Unbelievable what’s available here and at great value

I'm always looking out for the Old Gold 70% Cocoa on special. Or the sukin skincare range when it's 50% off. Good store, like going in here. There's no furniture or big gardening section because it's a city store, you'll need to hit the road for anything bigger than a bath towel, screwdriver or frying pan.

One stop convenient shop. Where you need everything.

I went to Big W last Sunday to exchange the sleeping pants. Kate who works in the exchange section is an amazing and excellent worker. She was so kind and helpful to me. Thank you Kate.

Haven't been to a BIG W since I was in Sydney - this place was a delight! Love the shopping mall and how well set out this BIG W was. Brought back some nostalgic memories. Has 2 floors that have decent variety.
