Craig has always been very generous with his time and super helpful in guiding us both on the type of property to purchase and how best to set up the apartment to maximise both its attractiveness and return. The team that manage bookings and cleaning of the property are excellent and if there is ever a problem it is simply dealt with. We have had excellent customer reviews which again reflects the outstanding work of the SleepOver Team. I simply could not recommend them highly enough.

I really enjoyed my time at the Riverside apartments. Craig was very helpful and I received a welcome pack via email with all the instructions. Craig was also available at any time if I needed help with anything.
The apartment itself had incredible views of the city, river and storey bridge - including a lap pool and gym. With everything on hand, it was very comfortable, neat and tidy.
I would definitely stay there again.

I changed Airbnb Managers just over a year ago after a disastrous experience with another company, and I have to say what a relief and a pleasure it is to finally have a professional manager in Craig and his team at Sleepover Brisbane. Apart from being a really sensible and nice guy, Craig takes pride in what he does and has good systems in place to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. He is trustworthy and takes care of owners and guests alike. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Craig and his team have been managing our unit for over 3 months now. The occupancy rate is very high and all the guests have given 5 star reviews. Craig is a professional manager with great communication skills. He is very responsive both to guests' inquiries/needs and our questions. He provides a very detailed welcome pack to guests and keeps in contact with guests from the initial inquiry, prior, during and after their stay. He runs the business efficiently and smoothly by employing in house cleaning and maintenance staff. Our guests reported a problem with the washing machine. Craig sent the maintenance staff to check it out and recommended replacing it with a new one. The new washing machine was delivered to the unit the next day. This super efficient service exceeded the guests’ expectations. We are very pleased with Craig and his team from SleepOver Brisbane. We would not hesitate to recommend SleepOver Brisbane to anyone looking for a high quality property manager.

Wow is all we can say about Sleepover Brisbane... We changed from a long term rental (agency managed) to short stays. The way Sleepover Brisbane handled our changeover was outstanding and seamless (considering we lived in NSW). Nothing was a problem for them, they explained the whole process and expectation (average occupancy and income) which has exceeded all our expectations.
