We recently had our wedding at buckland. It is an amazing venue with the most amazing charismatic buildings for pictures. Can't thank Russel and Di enough that their help throughout our wedding made for an amazing day's and memories cherished forever. Do yourself a favour and visit their open days and you will be amazed

We had our wedding at Buckland and spent three wonderful nights in the picturesque Estate grounds. My family had flown over from England and the brides family, just down the road from Perth but both parties were equally spellbound by the setting. In the lead up we had been liaising with Di who is truly amazing at what she does. Di helped us every step of the way and even though we were arranging the wedding from Brisbane she made it feel so easy and every question was answered in great detail. Di was so responsive and went out of her way to help with any questions or problems we had - even collecting some pies we had ordered from Toodyay Bakery on the day as it was on her way through - absolute legend!
Another shout out to Lindsay who was fantastic in helping arrange the furniture, arbor etc. in order to create a magical setting.
All in all, Buckland Estate was the perfect place for us and was better than we ever expected and has helped create memories that we and both our families and friends will treasure forever. To all the Buckland team - thank you so very much. Luke and CJ

We had the most perfect weekend ever celebrating our wedding at Buckland Estate. The whole experience was so streamlined and easy, with no questions or wants to hard for the team at Buckland.

A big thanks to Di for answering all our questions and going out of her way to help where ever she could, and to Bill making sure we had everything we needed and help with setting up and packing away throughout the whole weekend. We cannot thank them enough.

Having the Ceremony just in front of the homestead on the grass, to moving into the courtyard area for pre-reception drinks and canapés to then up to the barn area for the main reception, all within less then a minute walk, it was exactly what we wanted for our wedding. Having the beautiful country vibe but also the luxury of the estate it was exactly what we were after.

The main homestead has so many rooms all with their own personal characteristics, our photographer and videographer were so excited to get started. Moving outside you couldn’t ask for a better backdrop, you don’t even need to go far to find great spots.

We would highly recommend Buckland Estate for anyone wanting to have a wedding. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend Buckland Estate enough. Everything was easy and both Russell and Di were just incredible to deal with. They did everything they could to cater for what we were after, it was the best part of planning our wedding. The glamping tents were gorgeous and the house and cottages were clean and fresh and to have full access to everything the day before made it that much easier. If you’re looking for an incredible venue for incredible photos and a place your guests will talk about well after the wedding is over then Buckland is the place to book!

Buckland Estate was the perfect venue for our wedding recently.

Di and Bill were so helpful throughout the whole process - very communicative and responsive and there whenever we needed them. They made everything streamlined and stress free and had all hands on deck the morning of our wedding helping to set up.

We loved having all our guests being able to stay in the houses, glamping tents or camping and the facilities they offer are fantastic.

Plus, the surrounds of Buckland are absolutely stunning and made for the most beautiful backdrop for our day.

We can not thank Di and Bill enough and highly recommend Buckland to anyone.

We had our wedding at Buckland in Dec '22 and what a perfect, unique setting for a wedding weekender.

Di and Russell were great in helping us plan the wedding, and at every step throughout the weekend. That said, the true MVP goes to Paul who not only tirelessly helped in the setup of the wedding, but also jumped behind the bar when our bartender had to head off a little early. Your service and company were so appreciated.

Venue highlights include:
- Between the house, cottages, glamping, and camping, there is ample space for guests to stay on the property. It meant so much more time to connect with guests outside of the madness of the wedding day.

- The house was an incredible backdrop for pictures. The detail, art, furniture, and history in each room is so unique.

- The flexibility. It was important to us that we could serve what we wanted, we didn't have to leave at midnight, and we could dance into the early hours of the morning.

- The pool and grassed area made for the perfect recovery day.

Buckland estate is such a stunning place! We got married here March 2023 and it was incredible. Russell, Di and their team made us feel so at home and welcome. Our wedding was so beautiful and exceeded all our expectations! Our friends and famil could all stay on site for the weekend which made it so special. We wish we could live that weekend over again and again. Cant recommend them enough for your next function! Thanks so much Russell & Di!

Buckland Estate was the dream location for our wedding on the 23rd April. We lucked out with beautiful weather and had a stunning ceremony on the front steps. The barn was absolutely perfect for the reception as well. Everyone was very comfortable sleeping in the house, the cottages and glamping tents. We were able to share a BBQ breakfast the next morning with a coffee van to debrief with our guests about the incredible day/night. Russell the owner is so relaxed and accomodating and makes you feel very chilled out as a result. We felt perfectly at home and welcomed as his guests. We couldn’t recommend it more for a wedding venue, I can’t imagine anywhere as relaxed, beautiful and perfect.

Where do I begin? It was magical the moment we arrived at Buckland Estate. We stayed at the main house for 1 night for a company retreat and it was hauntingly beautiful. It was a shame we had to check out early to ride the hot air balloons, and couldn't stay to explore further. The place was well equipped offering cooking facilities and warm beds with electric blankets. We picked home grown lemons and lettuce from the garden for our salads. Bill the caretaker took us on a tour and we were surprised to learn that the estate offered many accomodation options including glamping, and had the potential to host events with 1000 people under a marquee set up in the car parking area. Service was excellent with Russell the owner going out of his way to organise delivery of a bag unintentionally left behind on the premises. Mobile reception was poor, though that wasn't a bad thing given that the estate had so much to offer, and gave us opportunities to bond, chat and laugh together as work colleagues. There has been discussions in the office about hosting a Murder Mystery Night, a perfect venue for such an occasion we think! Thank you Buckland Estate for an out of world experience.

The staff were so unbelievably helpful with the whole process of booking furniture and selecting vendors.
The atmosphere was relaxing and beautiful. All the guests loved it. 10/10

We have just returned from my nieces wedding at Buckland Estate. Russ, Di and all the staff were very helpful and accommodating with everything we required for the set up & pack up including allowing us to decorate the back of the ute & the bucket of the tractor for the bride & bridesmaids to arrive on.

The grounds are beautifully maintained & make for a perfect venue for a wedding. The main house enabled the immediate family & bridal party to have the perfect area to relax & prepare for the special day & the cottages were ideal for the groom & groomsman to chill & get dressed.

There are very well equipped glamping tents for guests who don’t want to drive home available to hire on sight too.

Buckland Estate was perfect in every way. 😊

What a wedding venue!

We had our wedding at Buckland Estate over the weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better venue.

Buckland offers so much more than just the golden paddocks, beautiful homestead building and wedding barn (which give you the perfect backdrop for great photos).

We had all of our guests stay over the weekend across the cottages, homestead, camping ground and glamping tents. The set up Russell and his team have created allowed us celebrate into the night and enjoy each others company the following day.

Russell and Di were an absolute breeze to deal with and we had such a stress free lead up to the wedding. On the weekend itself, nothing was too difficult for any of the awesome staff at Buckland, who accommodated every request that we had (Russell even let us use his tractor for the ceremony!).

We were able to have our dream wedding, and Buckland Estate was a huge part of that. I could not recommend this venue more.

Beautiful location and helpful staff

We had our wedding here in October 2022. Was perfect for us as we had family flying in from all over and needed accomodation for them, they also had enough accommodation for most of our guests in the glamping section and the camping section.
We loved that we got to have the house from the Friday to the Sunday because it gave us plenty of time to set up for the wedding the day before, and also relax with family and friends before the big day.
Russell gave us some great spots for our wedding photos and even drove us there himself!
Russell and his team were great in helping to pack up the next day and was also very accommodating to our needs on the morning of the wedding.
If you are seeking a beautiful country wedding venue which is exactly what we were after, then this is the place.
What a magical weekend and wedding day we had.

We attended a wedding at Buckland estate this weekend and it was one of the best weddings we have ever been to! The venue is stunning with beautiful scenery and rolling hills that seem to go on forever! From the moment we arrived Russel and his team made us feel welcome and were so accommodating.
The glamping tents were so cool and very comfortable. There were so many wonderful things that I’m not sure which was my favourite? From eating ice-cream on the lush green lawns while the autumn sun hung low in the sky behind us or having dinner under the stars? It was all awesome, just a magical place to visit! We will definitely be back!

We had our wedding just over a week ago at Bucklands and it was splendid! Outstanding location and fantastic staff. Special thanks to Russell and Di who were always so friendly, helpful and communicative throughout the past year as we planned our big day.
The whole estate was well maintained to a high standard, inside and out and our guests made use of the comfortable glamping tents.

Everything about Buckland Estate was perfect from the moment we first visited the venue. The beauty of this place is something that really needs to be seen to be believed. The property is stunning and private which made it the perfect place for our wedding weekend. Our guests loved the glamping facilities on site and it made it really special to be able to have everyone stay the night of the wedding and come together again for breakfast the next day. Russell and Di made the process of organising at Buckland so seamless and stress free. No request was too big and every email was responded to really quickly which makes a huge difference when planning such a big event. From the very beginning this was a safe space for our LGBTQIA+ wedding which was very important to us. Our photos from the venue are just so stunning and the day was just perfect, from getting ready in the beautiful home, the ceremony, photos and right through to the reception.
I only have positive things to say about this beautiful estate and wish we could do it all over again!

There are so many different photos opportunities here, various accommodation options for your guests and several styles of weddings you can have here.

We had our wedding at Buckland just before Xmas.
The estate was perfect. The complete barnyard style wedding venue with everything in one place.
We were able to book the venue for three nights at a very affordable price. This allowed us plenty of time to setup, pack up and most importantly relax by the pool with friends and family or simply hang out in the big house during the down time.
Russ is friendly and very helpful. It's clear he takes great pride in the estate, being well kept and presents beautifully.

The fields during the summer are a stunning gold. Take a seat on the upper balcony and enjoy.

If there's one thing you need to keep in mind for your day. Mobile reception was poor. We tried to live stream the ceremony but it kept breaking up, not the end of the world but something to keep in mind.

We had our wedding at Buckland Estate in October. The venue was stunning, the grounds were beautifully kept and the owners were nothing but amazing. We had access to the property for majority of the weekend and got to make the most of the incredible homestead and the views whilst preparing for our big day. This venue is the perfect combination of classy and rustic, and we would highly recommend it to anyone planning a country wedding.
