Beth was recommended to me by the buyer of an apartment in my block. I felt that if a buyer was recommending her, this was someone I should talk to. Having been subject to stressful pressure sales in the past myself, I knew that I did not want an agent to do that on my behalf.

Beth and I spoke, and I liked what I heard. I now had an incredibly difficult decision to make – the choice of an outstanding local agent I had known for a very long time and had a great rapport with, and Beth, who was new to me.

A very professional operator and great communicator
In all our dealings with Beth she showed herself to be a very astute and capable person with excellent communication skills and the ability to instil confidence in that she knew what she was doing. The upfront information pack and contract she sent to us when we expressed an interest was probably the best we had received from any agent in previous dealings. This in itself covered most of the questions we may of had. With a short settlement its imperative that the wheels are kept running smoothly and Beth involved herself where ever possible with great communication with the Vendor if things were stalling allowing us to chase up what was a terrible choice of the conveyancing agent made by myself.
