Glue Store Brisbane

I had an amazing shopping experience at Glue today! The staff was incredibly helpful and recommended the perfect pair of pants for me. Not only do they fit me perfectly, but they've also become my new favorite clothes. Thank you so much to the wonderful team at Glue for their exceptional service and expertise!

I was just in your Brisbane city store and Josh was amazing! (Staff name Joshua on my purchase receipt) I was greeted as soon as I walked in and he helped me choose clothes for both my husband and son. I work in retail so it was great to be on the receiving end of outstanding customer service from Josh. I wanted to return a pair of birks outside of the 30 day return period. I went to the city store and they offered an exchange instead (I don’t believe they were under any obligation to do this). They even went to the effort to call the chermside store to confirm they’d offered me an exchange to ensure they’d also offer this to me. Very appreciative of their help.

I feel welcomed to shop here, staff are helpful and kind which is lovely and there are enough space to move around, very convenient. Thank you for the pleasant experience. Even if there are other places in the city selling the same product, I prefer shopping here for these reasons. I can’t wait to come back!
